Today my channel is exactly 1 year old.
One year ago today I got so fed up with seeing Kremlin propaganda and low-IQ misinformation floating around the Nationalist community in regards to Ukraine, the true nature of Russia, the Azov Movement etc. that I decided to make this channel with the hopes that I could impact the discourse, even if only in a small way. One year and 2200 subscribers later, here we find ourselves.
I feel like I have indeed made an impact, even if only a small one. The most rewarding moments for me is when people tell me that I changed the way they viewed the Ukraine-Russia conflict, that I got them to stop being so pro-Kremlin etc. My entire purpose of making this channel was to counter Kremlin propaganda in our community, and along the way share some of my thoughts and the things I find interesting. I hope you've found my channel educational and interesting over this past year.
I don't want this post to be entirely about me, my entire motivations for this channel have their root in the heroic struggle of the Ukrainian people and Nationalist community these past almost 13 months, indeed these past 10 years really. I was watching Ukrainian Nationalists die for their beliefs, all of our beliefs, while also seeing keyboard Nationalists online baselessly slander them. I was watching literal Kremlin propaganda get parroted by people who called themselves Nationalists and I felt like I had to tell the truth to a broader circle of people than just my comrades. If you've enjoyed my perspective on history, Nationalism, etc. then you can thank the heroic Ukrainian people, and in a way the low-IQ anti-Azov/Ukraine crowd, for giving me the motivation to make this channel.
While the main theme of my channel is without a doubt Ukraine-Russia & Eastern Europe broadly, I have covered a large number of other topics as well. Here are some of my thoughts on various unrelated topics to the main theme of this channel that you may not have read. Each topic is covered in multiple posts, so I shall link the first post in each topic here.
