On top of Martinez's points here which I fully agree with, other than Davis' alleged Anglophobia, from what I see on his channel Davis is Anglo himself and proud of it, I'd like to break another one of the pro-Kremlin arguments.
I previously explained how the idea that Russia needs buffer states from a defensive military alliance so as to not be invaded is ludicrous.
One of the oft-repeated arguments from the pro-Kremlin crowd is this:
"Russia tried to join NATO after the collapse of the Soviet Union, but NATO didn't let them join! This is proof that NATO had ill intentions towards Russia and Russia is the aggrieved party here!"
However, like every other argument this crowd makes it is simply not true. According to George Robertson, NATO's Secretary General from 1999-2003, this is how one of his conversations with Putin went, and you can find multiple sources for this if you wish:
Putin asked Robertson why Russia hadn't been invited to join NATO yet. Robertson replied that nobody has ever been invited to join NATO, rather, nations may apply and then the existing NATO members vote on whether or not to admit them. Putin replied that "Russia will not wait in line with insignificant countries", and the brief period of friendly relations between NATO and Russia in the early 00's slowly fizzled out. And yes, Putin was friendly to NATO even after the NATO operations in the former Yugoslavia in the 90's.
So no, Russia and Putin never really tried to join NATO, and NATO never shut the door in their face. As usual, the pro-Kremlin crowd relies on soundbites, headlines, superficial arguments, and hoping that the audience doesn't fact check their claims.

A practical thing that could be done is demanding they live up to their own “rainbow constitution”.
Expand civil rights legislation to include political ideology etc.
The “Rodney King we’re all gonna fuckin’ get along Act”. Make it illegal to debank, deplatform etc. all of the “racists”.
This forced association would make it intolerable for the regime. (Imagine J.P. Morgan Chase being forced to do business with KMac for example.) This would make them receptive to separation.
That’s really the name of the game when you get down to it. Make their lives as miserable as they make ours. This is why I rarely if ever countersignal MAGAtards or even Q-tards. That’s why I’ll ride for Big Orange 🍊 for life. They all drive the people we want nothing to do with up the wall. That’s why January 6th was a win. That’s why the Trucker Protests were a win.
A large part of ultimate victory will be when the “rainbow constitution” respecters start demanding a divorce from us, rather than the one sided scenario we’re currently in.
