Duginistas don't trust anything else the American government says, but they'll believe this.

Duginist strategy at work. These sorts of tactics were literally discussed in The Foundation of Geopolitics, but Dugin simps will cope and deny.

Last week, we crossed the halfway point in our 2022 fundraiser. This week we got 1% more toward our goal. We have raised $167,493.71 thus far, which is 55% of our goal. Thank you to everyone who has helped out. In support of this effort, a donor has offered us a $5,000 ALL-OR-NOTHING, ONE WEEK ONLY matching grant in honor of Columbus Day. This is a chance to make your donation go twice as far, but time and generosity are both of the essence. Click here for more details. https://counter-currents.com/2022/10/the-counter-currents-2022-fundraiser-our-columbus-day-all-or-nothing-5000-matching-grant/
Andriy Biletskyi:

The Norwegian Nobel Committee continued the flash mob of the Pope, Amnesty International and other people who like to ignore reality.

The committee's decision to award the Nobel Peace Prize to the Ukrainian Center for Civil Liberties headed by Oleksandra Matviychuk, the russian "Memorial" and the belarussian human rights defender Oles Bilyatsky plays on the narrative of "just stop shooting."

In a situation where Ukrainians are facing russian aggression supported by the belarussian regime; not in words and not on paper, but in deed defend their freedom, honor and dignity, the decision of the committee to share the award with russians and belarusians looks either like bullying or like a deliberate provocation.

Perhaps the awarded russian and belarussian human rights defenders really did something in their countries "for the benefit of humanist values, anti-militarism and the principles of law." But to award them today together with Ukrainian human rights defenders, without mentioning the war in Ukraine, is to create the illusion that everything is in order.

It is especially surprising that russians receive this award for the second year in a row. Will there be a third?

And one more. Alfred Nobel willed to award this prize, in particular, to those who "will make the greatest contribution... to the abolition or reduction of existing armies."

The abolition or reduction of the army for Ukraine today means death and the end of its existence
