I've not written much lately, and I think it's time to spill the beans about it.
The last months have been tough on me. I've questioned a lot of my political relationships and previous stances. The war in Ukraine hit like lightning into a movement I thought I understood and felt I belonged to.
I'm not that sure anymore.
The blatant shilling of some of my former friends for Putin and Russia is hard to grasp. I've discussed these topics for hundreds of hours with these people before the current war. And I've always thought that our third position was just that: a third position.
I feel that some have given up on their own countries so much that they want to focus on other stuff instead — stuff further away from their everyday life. Instead of fighting cultural marxism, mass immigration, nihilism, drug abuse and all other problems our peoples face in our own countries, they put their hope in a foreign leader to come to save their asses.
It's almost religious, like a Messiah syndrome where you put all your hope in a saviour to come instead of picking up the shovel and doing the dirty work yourself.
"If just Putin destroys the decadent West, our people will have a future" seems to be the thinking here. But it's a logical fallacy, as there is no guarantee that a catastrophe of the sort that some people seem to be hoping for would mean a nationalist renaissance.
I've never been a fan of this whole accelerationist idea where everything must get worse for the Europeans before we have a chance to change something. And I believe we can change things without destroying everything first; I see examples of it every day! I want my people to live a good life; I want them to be happy, healthy, free and live in peace.
"But NATO will make your country gay and black and your kids transgender"... well, I think James A poked a big fat hole in that argument in this post on Telegram today.
It's been tiresome seeing this propaganda from former friends and colleagues over the last months, and my energy levels have been low thanks to that. I've focused on art, reading and music instead, and I feel I'm on my way back now.
But I'm disoriented. The movement I thought I belonged to is split into two halves, and I see no way forward together at the moment. That's almost ironic, as I've spent so many years trying to "build bridges" between nationalists, but some of them feel burned and buried for a long time.
I will try to elaborate on my stances in the coming weeks and talk more about my old viewpoints that I've started to question. But at the moment, I'm overwhelmed with bureaucratic paperwork (more about that later, I guess) and won't be as productive as I once used to be until everything is sorted out.
I wish all the good forces peace, health and happiness!

If Putin is killing prominent oil and gas oligarchs, could that be because they wanted to go back to business as usual rather than support his war? If so, isn't that a motive for him to destroy the Nord Stream pipelines, to prevent that from happening anytime soon?
