America's First Amendment gives you the freedom to advocate mass murder of entire groups of people. The government gets involved when you make threats more specific. According to the court documents in the Tyler Dinsmoor case, he posted very specific threats:

He said he “was 9mm away from fedposting two f****** at home depot yesterday.”

Then he fixated on the Anacortes Pride Parade and was asking people to “talk me out of it.”

Then the police showed up, to talk him out of it.

This was a good call by the authorities.

If only they would respond to BLM and Antifa with the same zealous enforcement.
