Community Update: Loyalty Boost & Rollover Rewards

Hey COTI Community 👋

We’d like to clarify the Loyalty Boost & Rollover Rewards for the community.

Firstly, we’d like to apologize for any confusion, as our previous communications did not properly represent the Loyalty Boost Bonus and Rollover Reward structure for COTI Earn.

Here is the Updated Loyalty Boost & Rollover Reward Details:

Each season includes a dedicated bonus rewards pool designed to reward long-term participants who hold their TPS rewards and don’t convert their TPS for COTI tokens.

At the end of each season marks a checkpoint. Users who have held their TPS rewards throughout multiple seasons will receive a pro-rata share of a 15% bonus pool.

Meaning the 15% bonus rewards pool is split across all users who qualify for the bonus, and the TPS is automatically distributed to users at the checkpoint.

How It Works
→ Users who held their Season 1 TPS throughout Season 2 and didn’t claim COTI token rewards have automatically received their share of the 15% TPS bonus pool.

→ Users who hold their Season 1 and/or Season 2 TPS throughout Season 3 and don’t claim COTI tokens rewards, will receive their share of the 15% TPS bonus pool at the end of Season 3 across multiple seasons.
- Unclaimed TPS from Season 1 earns a 5% bonus
- Unclaimed TPS from Season 2 earns a 10% bonus
- The bonus will be distributed in Season 3 TPS tokens (TPS003) and dropped proportionally and automatically among all eligible holders at the end of the season.

A Few Notes:
→ You can convert your TPS into $COTI at any time through the ‘Claim’ process. However, doing this will remove your eligibility for that season’s bonus, and any future rollover bonuses.
→ Multi-season rollover rewards will continue across upcoming seasons until further notice.
→ On the 30% TPS Bonus: We apologize for the mix-up on this announcement. To clarify: It is technically a 15% bonus for each season, which equates to a total 30% bonus which is split across all qualifying users and across multiple seasons.

Liquidity Provision: Tokens allocated to our market maker are deposited primarily to Binance (and other exchanges) to maintain strong, efficient liquidity for $COTI trading. The observed rapid mint-to-forward cycles are part of this standard operational process to support market depth and ecosystem activity.

Rewards and Tokenomics: Minted tokens follow our published algorithmic inflation model, detailed in our tokenomics spreadsheet [https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1I-fPiCEKhXh35XLf6QUuiPq0oc52FW7DR_9IfgHK4e8/edit#gid=0] and our whitepaper [https://coti.io/files/COTI-technical-whitepaper.pdf].
