I’m excited to share another preview of what’s coming, with the earliest release planned for November–December.
Many of you loved the COT Report Weekly Summary format — one of the best ways to get a quick and visual overview of the latest COT data.
Some appreciated it for the clear market view they could save and revisit later, while others enjoyed sharing it with friends or their audience.
This format was originally created by me from scratch and first appeared right here on COT-Reports.
Now I’ve decided to take it to the next level.
You’ll soon be able to create your own customizable COT data table, built around the markets you actually trade.
As soon as new COT data is released, you’ll instantly see it displayed in the familiar Weekly Summary format.
With just one click, you can save it, revisit it anytime, or even customize and share it with your trading community.

It’s time to get serious.
Until now, you’ve only seen a small part of the new COT tools — those were based solely on Futures Only Reports, using the classic categories: Non-Commercial, Commercial, and Non-Reportable positions.
The new tools go far deeper. I’ve introduced all five trader groups — Dealer/Intermediary, Asset Manager/Institutional, Leveraged Funds, Other Reportables, and Non-Reportable — and built a system that not only visualizes the data in multiple intuitive ways, but also interprets it automatically 👈.

These tools include a custom algorithm that generates clear messages showing how these trader groups are positioning in the market. In other words — now you can read interpreted COT data, not just raw numbers.
Some of these calculations are things I used to do manually in Excel years ago — insights I’ve never shared publicly before, mainly because it would’ve been impossible to update them every Friday across all markets.
I personally trade only a few markets, but I’ve always wanted to offer COT data to everyone, completely free, just like I’ve done for over 5 years every Friday through the spreadsheets you already know.

📢 COT Report – Official Update from the CFTC
As you may know, the U.S. Government shutdown caused a full interruption in the publication of COT Report between October 1 and November 12.
The shutdown has ended, operations have resumed, and the CFTC has officially announced the catch-up publication schedule.
COT Reports will be released in chronological order, following the timetable below:
