ዶ/ር ሰላም አላዩ የጅማ ዩኒቨርስቲ የህክምና ትምህርት ተመራቂ ስትሆን፤ እስከ 5ኛ አመት የትምህርት ቆይታዋ የጤና እክል አልገጠማትም ነበር፡፡

ነገር ግን የትምህርት ክፍላቸው ወሳኝ ፈተና ሊቃረብ ሰሞን ህመም አጋጠማት፡፡

ህመሙ መንቀሳቀስ የሚያስችላት ባለመሆኑ በዊልቸር በመገፋት ፈተናው ልትጨርስ ቻለች፡፡

ሌላኛው ፈታኝ የሆነባት ነገር የተግባር ልምምድ በምታደርግበት ወቅት በእንቅስቃሴ የሚከናወኑ ብዙ ስራዎች በመኖራቸው ፈታኝ ጊዜያትን እንዳሳለፈች ታነሳለች፡፡

ከፈጣሪ ጋር እሱን ጊዜ አልፌዋለው የምትለው ዶ/ር ሰላም፤ የጅማ ዩኒቨርስቲ ሆስፒታል እገዛ እንዳደረገላትም ገልጻለች፡፡

ለዛሬ ቀን መድረሴ “ለካ ይቻላል“ የሚለውን ነው ያየሁበት ብላለች፡፡

የብቃት ምዘና ፈተና ለምትወስዱ ጤና ባለሙያዎች በሙሉ
ከከፍተኛ ትምህርት ተቋማት በመጀመሪያ ዲግሪ ተመርቃችሁ የመውጫ ፈተና ያለፋችሁ እንዲሁም በድጋሜ የብቃት ምዘና ፈተናን ለመውሰድ በመጠባበቅ ላይ ለምትገኙ ጤና ባለሙያዎች፣ ምዝገባው ከሀምሌ 15 - 24/2017 ዓ.ም የሚከናወን መሆኑን እያሳወቅን

በተጨማሪም ተመዛኞች አስፈላጊውን ቅድመ ዝግጅት እንዲያደርጉ የሚረዱና ጠቃሚ መረጃዎችን የያዙ Information Booklets እንዲሁም የመለማመጃ ጥያቄዎችን የያዙ የ Practice Test Booklets በቴሌግራም ቻናላችን ላይ ማግኘት የምትችሉ መሆኑን እናሳውቃለን፡፡

ማሳሰቢያ፦
- እያንዳንዱ የፈተና ጣቢያ በየሙያ መስኩ ማስተናገድ በሚችለው ከፍተኛ የተመዛኝ ቁጥር ልክ ገደብ ስለተቀመጠለት ተመዛኞች ምዝገባውን ቀድማችሁ በማጠናቀቅ ተጠቃሚ መሆን የምትችሉ መሆኑን እያሳወቅን ከፍተኛው የተመዛኝ ቁጥር በደረሰበት የፈተና ጣቢያ ላይ ተጨማሪ ምዝገባ ማከናወን የማይቻል መሆኑን እናሳስባለን።

- ማንኛውም ተመዛኝ ወደ ፈተና ጣቢያ ሲመጣ ሲስተሙ የሚሰጠውን የፈተና መለያ ቁጥር (Registration No) የያዘ ወረቀት /ስሊፕ/ print አድርጎ ካልያዘ ፈተናውን መውሰድ የማይችል መሆኑን በጥብቅ እናሳስባለን፡፡

- ከላይ ከተጠቀሰው የጊዜ ገደብ ውጪ ምንም ዓይነት የምዝገባ ጥያቄ የማናስተናግድ መሆኑን አውቃችሁ በተጠቀሱት ቀናት እንድትመዘገቡና እያሳሰብን ለበለጠ መረጃ በስልክ ቁጥር 0115186275/0115186276 መደወል የምትችሉ መሆኑን እናሳውቃለን፡፡

ያከሙትን ዶክተሮች ሊበቀላቸው ይፈልግ ነበር!

ለብዙዎቻችን አዲስ የሆነው የበረከት ህመም ለወላጆቹ ደግሞ ዱብ እዳ ነበር.
ለዚህ ችግር መልስ ያጡት ወላጆቹ ታዲያ ለተወለደው ልጃቸው ህመም የሰጡት ድምዳሜ የህክምና ስህተት ነው የሚል ነው.
በረከት ነፍስ እንዳወቀ ስለህመሙ ምክንያት ሲጠይቅ የተሰጠው መልስም እንዲህ ያደረጉህ ሃኪሞች ናቸው የሚል ነበር.

ይህን የሰማው ወጣት ታዲያ ለዚህ የዳረጉትን ሃኪሞች ለመበቀል ወሰነ, ለዚህም ተዘጋጅቶ ቀን እየጠበቀ የዘመናት ጥያቄውን የሚመልስ ክስተት ተፈጠረ.

በዚህ ቀን በረከት ስለህመሙ ለማወቅ የጀመረውን የነርሲንግ ትምህርት እየተማረ ሳለ በመፅሃፉ ላይ እንደዘበት የእርሱ ህመም ስም (Spina befida) ተፅፎ አየ.
የተጠቀሰውን የህመሙን ስም ይዞ መምህሩን በጥያቄ ሲያጣድፍ መፃህፍትና google ሲያገላብጥ ታዲያ ችግሩ የህክምና ስህተት ሳይሆን የተፈጥሮ እንደሆነ አወቀ.

እንደውም ልጅ እያለ ባይታከም ኖሮ በህይወት ላይቆይ ወይም በጣም የከፋ ችግር ሊገጥመው ይችል እንደነበርና ያኔ ያከሙት ሃኪሞች ባለውለታው እንጂ ባላንጣዎቹ እንዳልሆኑ ተረዳ.

ይሄኔ ስልኩን አነሳና ለዶክተሩ ደወለ, ባለማወቅ ላሰበው ክፉ ነገር ይቅርታ ጠይቆ ህይወቱን ስላተረፉለት በእንባ አመሰገናቸው!

በረከት ስለህመሙ ባያነብ ኖሮና በበቀል ገፍቶ ጉዳት ቢያደርስ ምን ይፈጠር ነበር??

ይህ ለብዙዎች ትምህርት ይሆናል!
ሃኪም ሰው ነውና ይሳሳታል, ነገር ግን የምንሰማው የህክምና ስህተት ሁሉ ትክክለኛ ስህተት ነው ማለት አይደለም.
አንዳንዴ ከግንዛቤ እጥረት ወይም ለችግራችን የምንወቅሰውን ሰው ፍለጋ ሃኪሞች ላይ ልንፈርድ እንችላለን.
ምናልባት ግን ጎዱን ያልናቸው ሃኪምች እንደበረከት ያተረፉን ይሆናሉ!
ለታመሙት ፈውስን ለሃኪሞቻችንም ማስተዋልና ጥበብን ይስጥልን!

An Appeal for Fair Compensation and Legal Compliance for Ethiopia's Health Professionals

Dear All Social Media Influencers and Medias,

We hope this message finds you well.

We, the health professionals of Ethiopia, are writing to you regarding our ongoing struggle for fair pay and improved working conditions. As you may recall, we initiated a movement last year by presenting twelve clear demands to the government. Our initial requests were ignored, compelling us to escalate our protest through social media campaigns, public demonstrations, and ultimately, a strike.

The government's response was not to engage in dialogue but to resort to intimidation. Many of our colleagues were arbitrarily arrested, and while most were later released, many faced suspensions and other forms of professional coercion. In a misleading attempt to control the narrative, the government falsely claimed to have met with legitimate representatives of the protesting health workers, thereby misinforming both the public and the international community.

As the movement for justice began to gain momentum across other sectors, the government was obliged to announce a salary adjustment for all public sector employees. While we acknowledge this minor change, it is fundamentally insufficient for health professionals who have been at the forefront of this fight. We therefore reiterate our demand for a substantial and specific salary scale tailored to the critical role of health professionals.

Furthermore, we are facing a grave injustice in the implementation of even these modest gains. A critical issue concerns the calculation of duty payments. While the law mandates that these payments are based on our new monthly salaries, only institutions in Addis Ababa and federal universities are complying. Regional health bureaus are illegally calculating our payments based on the previous, lower salaries. This creates an unacceptable disparity where professionals performing the same duties receive different compensation simply based on their location. There is no legal basis for this practice; it is a direct violation of the government's own proclamations.

For example, a duty payment that should be approximately 15,000 Birr is being unlawfully reduced to around 7,000 Birr in the regions. This constitutes a withholding of our rightfully earned income.

We appeal to you to be a voice for us once again. Please help us highlight this systemic injustice and demand that the government:

1. Establish a dedicated and equitable salary scale for health professionals.

2. Immediately enforce uniform compliance with the law on duty payments across all regions and institutions.

3. Implement a new Incentive directive ( House Allowance, Risk Payment, Top up, Transportation etc )

We are exhausted by the government's failure to uphold its own laws and its disregard for those who safeguard the nation's health. Your continued solidarity has been a source of strength throughout our struggle, and we thank you for your unwavering support.
