"ከ915 በላይ የህክምና ባለሙያዎች ከስራ ለቀዋል፣ " - የትግራይ ህክምና ባለሙያዎች ማህበር

የትግራይ የህክምና ባለሞያዎች ማኅበር የሰሜኑ ጦርነት ከጀመረ ጀምሮ እስከ አሁን 915 የህክምና ባለሙያዎች ከትግራይ ክልል ከስራ ለቀው በተለያዩ የሀገሪቱ ክፍሎች እና ወደ ውጭ ሀገር የተሰደዱ መሆናቸውን የማህበሩ ፕሬዝዳንት ዶክተር ብሩክ ልሳነውርቅ ለቲክቫህ ኢትዮጵያ ገልፀዋል።

በተጨማሪም ከእነዚህ መካከል 200ዎቹ ዶክተሮች ናቸው ያሉት ዶክተር ብሩክ ሌሎቹ ግን በህክምና ሞያዎች ላይ ያሉ ናቸው ብለዋል።

የማህበሩ ፕሬዝዳንት የሆኑት ዶክተር ብሩክ ልሳነወርቅ በክልሉ ከዚህ በፊት በነበረው ጦርነት እና ከዛም በኋላ በሚፈጠሩ አለመረጋጋቶች ብዙ የህክምና እስፔሻሊስቶች ከሥራ እየለቀቁ ወደ ጎረቤት አፍሪካ ሀገሮች እንዲሁም ወደ አውሮፓ እንድሰደዱ ምክንያት ሆኗል ብሏል።

የህክምና ባለሙያዎች የገጠማቸው ችግር ምንድን ነው ?

" ከ2013 ዓ.ም ሰኔ ጀምር እስከ 2015 ታህሳስ ድረስ የ17 ወር ደመወዛቸው አልተሰጣቸውም፣ በጦርነቱ ሰዓትም ሥራቸውን ሲሰሩ ነበር፣ እስከ ፌደራል ድረስ ጥያቄ አቅርበናል፣ ምላሻቸው 'እኛን ሳይሆን እንትናን ጠይቁ' ነው፣ ስንጠይቅም 'ወደዛ ሂድ ፣ ወደዛ ሂድ' ነው የሚሉን፣ ብቻ ግን ምላሽ እያገኘን አይደለም " ብለዋል።

" ጥያቄያችን ገንዘብ ሚኒስቴር ደርሶ ነበር፣ የአንድ ዓመት ብቻ ነው በጀት ያለኝ ጥያቄያችሁ ወደ ፖርላማ ይሂደ ብሎን ነበር ገንዘብ ሚኒስቴር ፣ ትግራይ ደግሞ የፖርላማ ተወካይ የላትም ፣ አሁንም ችግሮች እየተባባሱ ነው " ሲሉ ተናግረዋል።

ምን ያክል ባለሙያዎች ከስራ ለቀዋል ሲል ቲክቫህ ዶክተር ብሩክን ጠይቋል

የማህበሩ ፕሬዝዳንት በምላሻቸው "እስካሁን ባለን መረጃ 915 የህክምና ባለሙያዎች ለቀዋል፣ አብዛኞቹ ዶክተሮች ናቸው ያሉ ሲሆን የባለሙያዎች መልቀቅ እየጨመረ ነው" ሲሉ ተናግረዋል።

" የሰራበት ደመወዝ ሳይሰጠው ሲቀር የህክምና ባለሙያዎች ወደ አፍሪካ ሀገሮች ነው የሚሄዱት፣ አንጎላ፣ ሶማሌላንድ፣ ሶማሊያ ነው የሚሄዱት፣ አብዛኛው የሚሰደዱት ስፔሻሊስቶች ናቸው "ብለዋል።

"ሌላው ደግሞ ሥራውን እየለቀቁ ተደራጅተው የግል ሥራ እየሰሩ ነው፣ ምክንያቱም የህክምና ባለሙያዎች የሚማሩት እስከ 10 አመት የው፣ ከዛም በሥራ የሚከፈለው ደመወዝ አናሳ ነው፣ አሁን በትግራይ የተከሰተው ከህክምና ባለሙያነት እየለቀቁ ወደ ሌሎች ስራዎች እየገቡ ነው።

ከጦርነት አልፈው እዚህ ቢደርሱም አሁን በክልሉ እየተፈጠረ ያለው አለመስማማት ድጋሜ ወደ ሌላ ጦርነት እንገባለን የሚል ስጋት አድሮባቸዋል፣ በዚህም ባለሙያዎች ስራቸውን ለቀው እንዲሰደዱ አድርጓል " ሲሉ አስረድተዋል።

የባለሙያዎችን ችግር ከመቅረፍ አንፃር ማኅበሩ በርካታ ስራዎችን እየሰራ መሆኑን ዶክተር ብሩክ ልሳነወርቅ ተናግረዋል።

በዚህም፥ " የህክምና ባለሙያዎች በአነስተኛ የብድር ወለድ ከባንኮች ገንዘብ እንዲያገኙ ለማድረግ እየሰራን ነው፣ ኤግዚቢሽኖችን በማዘጋጀት ከዚህ በፊት የባለሙያዎችን ችግር ለመንግስት እና ህዝብ ለማሳወቅ ሞክረናል " ብለዋል።

ፕረዚዳንቱ አክለውም በዋናነት ችግሩን ለመቅረፍም "የመኖሪያ ቤት መስሪያ መሬት እንድሰጣቸው ኮሚቴ አዋቅረን እየጠየቅን ነው" ሲሉ ጠቁመዋል።

የህክምና ባለሙያዎች ከስራ ገበታቸው ለቀው መውጣታቸው በክልሉ ምን አሉታዊ ተጽዕኖ አለው ሲል ቲክቫህ ፕሬዝዳንቱን ጠይቋል።

ፕሬዝዳንቱም " የባለሙያዎች መልቀቅ በቀሩት ባለሙያዎች ላይ የስነልቦና መረበሽ ፈጥሯል፣ ስራቸውን ተረጋግተው እንዳይሰሩ አድርጓል፣ አለመረጋጋት፣ ስለቀጣይ ሥራቸው እንዳያስቡ አድርጓል፣ የስራ መደራረብ፣ ጫና ፈጥሯል ሲሉ ገልፀዋል።

" በዚህም ከስራቸው ለቀው ያልተሰደዱ ባለሙያዎች ሌላ አማራጮችን እንዲፈልጉ፣ እንዲመለከቱ እየተገደዱ ነው " ሲሉ አስረድተዋል።

እስካሁን ባለሙያዎች ሥራቸውን እንዳይለቁ አረጋግቶልን የነበረው "ሻይን ፕሮጀት" ነበር ፣ በመጭው ሰኔ ወር ላይ ይጠናቀቃል ያሉ ሲሆን ፕሮጀክቱም ሲጠናቀቅ የመኖሪያ ቦታ ምሪት አስበናል፣ ካልሆነ ግን ችግሩ ይሰፋል ሲሉ አመላክተዋል።

A Half-Baked, Flimsy, and On-Again, Off-Again Physician Struggle.

Who's at the helm of this campaign? If you ask me, the biggest stumbling block is the physicians themselves. We're our own worst enemies, frankly! To make real headway, we need to bring in the heavy hitters – the ones who can call the shots and make things happen.

The responsibility for fixing this broken system rests squarely on our shoulders, but our own foolishness has cost us our influence and voice.

Look at the Sudanese Physician Association – they have a seat at the table even when it comes to major national issues and the national council. Our Achilles' heel is our lack of true professional standards.

We're knee-deep in Ethiopia's murky politics, we haven't established a clear distinction from those without our training, and we're also part and parcel of ethical divides and playing power games.

Just look at our disastrous movement from 2012 – we snatched defeat from the jaws of victory because of our selfish personal agendas and political loyalties. We need to fight with a clear vision, well-defined goals, and unwavering consistency, or we're dead in the water from the start.
