We got you! - A big part of our festival planning was to use weather data from previous years to ensure we have a dry and sunny event in our exact location!
Previous data and forecast predictions show a strong chance of 25°c and dry conditions, with very low chances of any rain! Phew! :D
But what if it does rain? - Well, even though the chances are very low, we have plenty of shelter areas for everyone, including a fursuit lounge!

🤙 Ello everyone! Looks like a lot of you had a wicked weekend!
We've had a few emails from people who missed tickets for one reason or another, so instead of processing each one manually, we have arranged to open tickets until midnight tonight for these guys.
But it's not just open for them! If you know anyone who missed out on a ticket, let them know that they have until midnight to secure one!
♾ General admission tickets are online now until midnight, today only! 💫

You might’ve noticed our alcohol policy! 🥃
⚠️ It might be different from what you're used to ⚠️
There is a restriction on how much alcohol you can bring on site, and for those who are not used to festivals, this might come as a surprise.😧
But there are a few good reasons for it!
Firstly, this is a very common measure at festivals.
Most events have even stricter rules – many don’t allow any alcohol to be brought in at all...🥺
We’re not about that! - Instead, we’ve chosen a middle ground.😉
We’ve laid everything out clearly: what’s allowed, what’s not allowed, how much you can bring, and that it needs to be disclosed when you arrive at security.
But why have a restriction at all?😮
Well, unlike a convention we’re running our very own bar – and it’s a big part of how we fund the event.
The money we make there goes straight back into Core Element, helping us grow and improve each year!
What's more, we're not charging hefty prices that you'd usually see at other festivals or bars!
We're talking✨ £4.90 a pint babyyy!✨
To be completely transparent, running a festival like this is really expensive.
We probably wont turn any sort of profit this year, instead, the money from our bar and merch will help us to cover the costs of getting this festival setup and running.
Your support at our bar and event means that our costs are covered, and with our initial costs out of the way, that means with your support, we improve and continue to make this event everything we dream it to be!⌨️
It’s also about looking after everyone’s wellbeing.
Having some control over how much alcohol is floating around helps us create a safer, more enjoyable environment for everyone. It’s surprisingly easy to overdo it in the summer heat, and we want to make sure no one ends up in a bad way ❤️
So... while we get this might be a new kind of policy for some of you, we hope that knowing the reasoning behind it makes sense ❤️

What’s up guuyysssss ITS OPEN TIME!
Sorry we have been working quiet, we’ve had several delays which have been out of all of our control. We are halting access to the main camp site currently as we need to quickly move the fencing out of that area with a large vehicle. Reg will handle your reg, just hang around with reg.
We have also had to shift around everything, out whole layout had to change. The venue owners decided on Thursday they wanted something different and we have had no say. So campers and tents unfortunately have to be in different areas. This was completely out of our control and yes… we aren’t pleased either.
Aside from that, we are currently braving away to get everything up and running! Our food vendors are open. Our main area / bar area opens at 12 :)

Our AV team has requested a little more time to run some cables so we have delayed main area opening til 1. Gives you more time to setup anyway.
For those who have found ‘something’ in the booklet, you can begin your journey tomorrow. Due to issues with a contractor on Thursday, we were set back. And a few things that were sprang on us last min have caused delays. So we are making sure you can complete your tasks in full tomorrow, better prepared.
