👋 Hey, Telegram
We're CORE3, the global self-regulatory risk intelligence platform.
The problem:
Code audits catch 14% of the risk. The other 86% are operational failures, solvency gaps, dependency chains — slip through because nobody's measuring them consistently.
CORE3's solution:
One comparable risk metric across all projects, the probability of loss.
For whom:
1. Investors: Compare projects without being fooled by marketing
2. Institutions: Defensible, repeatable due diligence that scales
3. Builders: Stand out through transparency, not hype
PoL doesn't replace TVL, audits, or backers.
But it adds what they can't show: measured risk exposure that institutions can underwrite, builders can improve, and users can compare.

CORE3's solution:
One comparable risk metric across all projects, the probability of loss.
It is a data-based score that tells how likely the failure of a project is across 6 domains: security, financial, operational, regulatory, dependency, and reputation.

So what is the probability of loss, or PoL?
The probability of loss is an unbiased, data-based numerical index that estimates the likelihood that a project will fail or that users will incur losses.
The methodology evaluates 98 assessment metrics across:
• Security posture
• Financial integrity
• Operational maturity
• Reputational posture
• Regulatory compliance
• Dependency risks
A lower PoL means fewer risk factors present. A higher PoL flags exposure that single-domain assessments miss.
What can you do with PoL?
1️⃣ Assess any crypto project's full risk exposure with the complete picture across all 6 domains.
2️⃣ Spot gaps before they become losses.
3️⃣ Make informed decisions aligned with your risk tolerance.
Our mission is ultimate: measure crypto risk so trust can exist.

Math is accurate, but it cannot capture all
Apart from the probability of loss metric, CORE3 features Proof-of-Opinion (or PoO).
It consists of structured reviews authored exclusively by certified DYOR researchers who hold a SoulBound Token (SBT) Certificate, which confirms their on-chain expertise.
While PoL measures the mechanics of risk, PoO explains "the why" behind a project's profile, assessing factors that metrics cannot quantify, such as ecosystem energy, product-market fit, and team communication quality.
By design, PoO is kept strictly separate from the PoL score to preserve objectivity, protect experts from community pressure, and mitigate system gaming.

PoO is the human expert layer that adds qualitative context to the neutral, machine-readable data provided by the PoL metric.
