🧀Ingredients:
🔹4 peeled squid carcasses
🔹1 red bell pepper
🔹2 chinese cabbage leaves
🔹2 hard-boiled eggs
🔹black pepper on the tip of a knife
🔹1 tbsp. natural yogurt
🔹parsley or dill greens
👩🍳Preparation:
🔪Dip the squid carcasses for 2-3 minutes in boiling salted water, then cool and stuff them with a mixture of vegetables, eggs and peppers. Decorate with greens.

We mix until homogeneous with a whisk, line the form with parchment, grease it with butter, and spread the curd mass.Put it in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.

✔️Cherries - 200 gr
✔️Vanillin - 1 gr.
✔️Sugar
👩🍳Preparation:
🔪Beat eggs with a whisk. Add warm milk, melted butter, vanilla, sweetener and flour. Mix with a whisk. I baked clafouti in portions, but you can take a larger one. Place the cherries in the bottom of the molds in a single row, close to each other. Fill with batter. Bake in a preheated 180 degrees oven for 35-40 minutes.

🔹Lentils - 150g
🔹Carrots - 500 gr
🔹Onion - 1 pc
🔹Garlic - 3 cloves
🔹Olive oil - 1-2 tbsp
🔹Chicken pieces (fillet / thigh) - 200g
🔹Cream (10% off) - 100 gm
🔹Chicken broth - 700-900 ml
🔹Salt/black pepper/paprika
👩🍳Preparation:
♦️Boil chicken broth. Cover lentils with water. Cut carrots into slices, onion into four parts. Put them on a baking tray with garlic, sprinkle with spices and pour oil. Bake in the oven until soft. In a saucepan put vegetables, lentils and boiled meat, pour the broth. Bring to the boil, beat with a blender until smooth, add cream. Salt to taste and put back on the fire. Bring to the boil, stir and turn off.

✔️Sunflower seeds (can be replaced with nuts) - 30 gr
✔️Baking powder - 1/3 tsp.
✔️Banana - 70 gr
✔️Strawberry - 100 gr
👩🍳Preparation:
🔪Melt the butter. Chop cereal in a blender with seeds and baking powder. Add banana and grind again. The resulting mass is mixed with butter.The dough is placed in a mold with a diameter of 10 centimeters. Form the base with a rim with wet hands. If you are not sure about the shape, it is better to lay it on parchment.Half of the strawberries slice. Place cranberries and sliced strawberries on the base.
For the filling: whisk the strawberries, banana, egg and starch in a blender. Pour on top of the strawberries and cranberries.Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.Allow the cake to cool completely before removing and slicing. @cookingwithlov

✔️Condensed milk - 2/3 of a jar
✔️Vanillin - a pinch
✔️Fruit - any kind
✔️Waffle cakes - 2 pcs.
👩🍳Preparation:
🔪We beat the cooled cream with a mixer for about 10 minutes. Gradually we add condensed milk, vanilla and fruit. Cut the cakes to the shape of the container in which we will freeze. The first cake on the bottom, pour the ice cream on it, cover with the second cake and put in the freezer overnight.
