let that rest covered from light for like a day or so

at night you remove the water, and store said water somewhere. you let the lentils again somewhere without light, so they can be born

you keep the lentils humid by pouring their water on them from time to time, then removing said water and back to wherever you put them in the dark etc etc. repeat for some days

this is apparently the optimal point of growth. but yesterday i wasnt avaliable for doing this so i left them an extra day

and then you kill them with a blender
