since opening links is hard:
"Self care is totally individual. You just need to figure out what you enjoy and what keeps you feeling stress free but there are some general ways you can take care of yourself like a pro."

"Give yourself a break. Youβre allowed some time to yourself to relax and recharge, and shouldnβt feel guilty or selfish for looking after number one (thatβs you). No matter what your situation, your physical and mental health should always come first. You are important."
blah blah blah "go outside" blah "exercise". wow surprise that is not an option for everyone. must be nice living in a place other than the middle of a city, and having a body that can do things. this tips work for some, not for everyone
"blah eat well blah blah sleeping". again not for everyone. however, for those who can do it, again, probably a good thing.
resting is cool as well and very often a very needed thing. sadly, not avaliable to everyone. so my take on this is, "try to get some time for you, if you can. if you cant... try to rest as much as you can on every small pause your life has, like the travel from the house to the car or the waiting at the bus stop. 0.1 time for yourself is better than 0 time for yourself" im far from being a profesional tho, and lifes change from ppl to ppl, so uh idk you can do you
"take a bath". again not for everyone. i personally dont share the "baths are good" thing, i dont think either that they are bad i just dont get them at all
"say no" yeah that is a big one. learn to say no and yes properly. if you are doing it improperly, you probably will notice it. try to say no/yes properly at least once a week or so. again, 0.1 is better than 0
"Write an achievable to-do list: It can be easy to set yourself a list of big goals when writing to-do lists, but giving yourself smaller targets can make you feel more in control and proud of your day. Get up. Shower. Put clothes away. Have lunch. All the little necessary things are great to tick off and keep you motivated."
huh. let me try to fetch that "self care at rock bottom" image
