for whoever is interested, there's drama on the open source community. TL;DR: "grapheneOS", nice opensource project. doing fine. then someone clones their code, rebrands it as "copperheadOS", and sues the grapheneOS team. lawsuits, maliciously wikipedia edits, etc. apparently copperheadOS requires you to pay a subscription to use/update it (lol) and a expensive one at it, and are taking the money to do the lawsuits from there. they are also suing randm students that contributed to the source of grapheneOS, just because. pretty shady stuff.
