They locked channel posting

apparently, on updated clients the option is removed, and on outdated clients the option is there but with a lock and shows a toast message of "pay us to be able to use the functionality that was free until now and we have no technical reason to paywall whatsoever"

this is not cool. plural systems or ppl with multiple "public faces" or whatever for example are going to have a bad time because of this


paywalling stuff like new functions, double the limits, or flashy badges is eh. paywalling shit that was free already, for the sake of making more money is not something that im okay with.

also i think that they fucked it up a bit because i cant send messages as "me" in my own channel discussion groups? lol

i can only send messages as "the channel" or as "the group", but not as "me". fascinating.

(this only works in your own channel's groups now, to be clear

i can comment as channel1 only on channel1's linked discussion group, but i cant comment as channel1 in channel2's linked discussion group, for example, even if i own both channels/groups)

my mother is talking about when me and my siblings were really small and how i was the only one not complaining about onion flavored milk. i guess that my thing with onions was meant to be. one just cant go wrong with onion, onions are the definitive food

Onions are ICKY

They are only okay in soup and as a seasoning. But onions are overall a terrible texture and taste like armpits.
