i have been pondering options for months now, but nothing quite "solid". not any definite, finished plan.

E.G., "do i kill the watering system? if so, where exactly? and what to do if they come to fix it again, do i break it again? worst case scenario, maybe they start sending some "manual" watering system dude instead of repairing/replacing the automated one...", crappy unfinished thoughts like that.

i even investigated a bit, but, in the end, i havent found any "reasonable" and realistic way to do it, so im gonna go the destructive route

since it is a "public" lawn, i cant just, idk, shovel it out, nor solarize it, or anything like that. horticultural vinegar sounded like a good alternative, but A-that implies buying specialized shit, and B-it is harder and more obvious to apply, and also it may require multiple applications.

an option that sounded elegant that i saw somewhere (i dont know how legit it is tho) was to buy nitrogen rich, fast release fertilizer, because apparently that might make the grass develop a fungus somehow? but again, im not physically in shape to just go and buy a bag of special dirt.

so that leaves salt.

when they installed the fucking lawn, they removed all the soil and its underneath, replaced it with very-cool-soilβ„’, and put the grass there. so i know that it can be done, and that i wont be killing the zone forever.

in the past, when it was an abandoned patch of dirt, some native flora (not much, but some) grew in there. i remember one or two patches of daisies, even. but this ppl, not happy with removing the daisies when they were first installing the lawn, also have put active effort into not allowing them to grow back.

so not only do i know that i wont be rendering the terrain useless forever, but also i know that i wont be killing anything other than filthy grass.

salt is cheap, easy to manage, and im not very experienced but i doubt it will make the things too hard for me. i just need that whoever the fuck decided to put this shit here, sees it and decides "yeah thats not worth it, cut the water"

also, it is worth noting that my neighborhood was full of young ppl 60 years ago, that ppl hasnt moved out, and now a very good chunk of the ppl who lives around here is old to very old. i know some that have actively complained about the fucking lawn watering specifically already, and im not even that social.

so yeah, im gonna kill a lawn. tomorrow, if i can fucking leave the bed, i will go to buy two or three bags of salt, and at some point, i hope that it will be soon, i will use it

im in so much fucking pain and this ridiculous and annoying excuse of a plant has managed to get my anger centered into it.
im not planning to value public property more highly than the promise of "more and more pain, forever"
that was all for now, i dont care if you read it or not, have your shitpost or whatever
me, trying to convince yall that im not a fed:
"hey kids, look at me, im doing a crimes! in this very precise, linkable to my legal identity place, at this approximate time. aint i cool? you totes can trust this communication infrastructure to write about your crimes with details, aint it cool? owo"

pro tip: dont do that. lol. im only doing it because im fukem stupid and "sanity" means close to nothing to me

im a person with physical problems. i've always been. and among those problems, there is "chronic physical pain", the ever-worsening type. that means that every year of my life, i will be having worse and worse pain. there are multiple pains like that in me…
not to get started with this again, but
"if you are in pain when its humid/cold, why you like so much rain and storms?"

because i live in a state of delicate balance between mental health and physical health. thats why.
