so, i was looking at the innards of an old dell enterprise whatever, im pretty sure by pure memory that it is a pentium 4, as reference

and i see that it has 3 ram sticks. four bays, but three sticks. "wait, why do you have 3 sticks?"

so i take them out to investigate. 2x1gb, 1x.5gb

but i noticed that... they are magnetized? one ram stick sticks to another for some reason
