To all who are trying to help currently - do what you can, but take breaks. Not just from the work, also from the topic, if you can.

If we burn out we're not going to be helpful to anyone at all. As contradictory as it may sound, taking a time-out and some you-time instead can actually be very beneficial to volunteer work, but if you're engaged longer it really becomes mandatory.

Be careful with yourself and others.

Reminder that you don't have to love yourself or your body to be okay. Just being at peace with yourself, accepting your brain, thoughts, body is more than enough, and it's a much more realistic goal than trying to love yourself everyday.
Some days will be shit. Some days you might look at yourself feeling like you don't know that body in the mirror, and that is okay. Your body is just a tool to get you through life, and it's okay to not feel the deep love and connection to it that everybody talks about
