fëanor wouldnt have been an ass if it werent for a certain someone, tho. he was not-the-best-guy-around at many moments, but i wouldnt go as far as saying that he caused most of the problems of the first age. also iirc his mother was the first ppl to die and his father the first ppl to be killed, so, welp. that could have felt a little unfair maybe
