On this day, 22nd of April, in early spring of 2024 Ukrainian scouts of the "Pirates" Reconnaissance Group, 12th NGU Brigade, 1st Azov Corps conducted a raid on a Russian position located in a forested area (most likely Serebryansky Forest).

Upon the initial engagement the element was essentially ambushed and wasn't able to return accurate fire on the Russian soldiers due to the thick vegetation, fog and dense fortifications. During this firefight Danilo "Brig" Tytsko was fatally shot by a single round. He was only 23 years old. 12/28/2001 - 04/22/2024.
