I will make it simple.

1)Find a client that needs something to be done like a video edit. Let’s say they’re paying £250 for the video
2)recruit someone else to actually edit the video for cheaper (50%-35% less of the price). For example £150
3)manage the project and deliver the video. Pay the video editor £150 and keep the profit of £100.

Easy

Obviously it’s way more complicated than this but if you put your head down and do this effectively. You’re basically an agency owner😂

People hear big terms like “agency owner” and get initiated. However if you do what I just said there, you have literally executed the function of an agency which is to provide a service.
