በድጋሚ የወጣ የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ
ድርጅታችን በግቢው ውስጥ ለሚገኘው ህንጻ የዝናብ መከላከያ(Shade) ግንባታ እና የጥበቃ ቤት በጨረታ አወዳድሮለማሠራት ይፈልጋል፡፡

Ethiopia Commodity Exchange (ECX) would like to invite National Competitive Bidding for the construction of Shiraro Warehouse and Compound site construction work. 
Therefore, all interested contractors can participate in this bid with due consideration of the following requirements. 
1. Registration: Bidders are required: 
a. To be registered for provision of such and/or relevant services and are expected to submit a renewed Business License for the current Ethiopian fiscal budget year. 
b. To be registered with Ethiopian Custom & Tax Authority and should produce valid documentations which include VAL. TIN and PPA registration certificates. 
c. To have a GC/BC Grade 4 (GC-4,BC-4) or above renewed license 
2. Collection of Bidding document: 
a. The bid document shall be collected from ECX-Head Quarter Treasury and budget control Division, located at Chelelek Al-Sam Tower 7" floor, against payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00/One Hundred bin/ during office hours. 
3. Notices: 
a. All bids must be submitted to Ethiopia Commodity Exchange/ECX/ with properly sealed envelope at or before 10:30 A.M on February 27/ 2020.

4 ተጫራቾች ለሥራ ዝርዝሮቹ ያቀረቡት ዋጋ ወቅታዊ ዋጋን ያላገናዘበ ከሆነ ተጫራቹን ከጨረታ ያሰርዛል ፡፡
5 የጨረታ ሰነዱን ከአቃቂ ቃሊቲ ክ/ከተማ ኮንስትራከሽን ጽ/ቤት 2ተኛ ፎቅ ይህ ማስታወቂያ በጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ዕለት አንስቶ ባሉት አስራ አምስት የሥራ ቀናት ከላይ የተዘረዘሩትን ዋናና ኮፒ በመያዝ ዘወትር በሥራ ቀና ሰዓት የማይመለስ ብር 500 (አምስት መቶ ብር) በመክፈል የጨረታ ሰነዱን መውሰድ ይችላሉ፡፡
6  ተጫራቾች ጨረታውን
• ሀ/ ቴክኒካል ሰነድ አንድ ዋና እና ሁለት ኮፒ (እያንዳንዳቸው በሰም የታሸጉ እንዲሁም ሦስቱም የቴክኒካል ሰነዶች በአንድ የቴክኒካል እናት ፖስታ በሰም የታሸጉ)
• ለ/ ፋይናንሺያል ሰነድ አንድ ዋና እና ሁለት ኮፒ. (እያንዳንዳቸው በሰም የታሸጉ እንዲሁም ሦስቱን የፋይናንሺያል ሰነዶች በአንድ የፋይናንሺያል እናት ፖስታ በሰም የታሸጉ በማድረግ ሁሉንም ሰነዶች በአንድ እና ፖስታ በሰም በማሸግ አቃቂ ቃሊቲ ከ ከተማ 7ኛ ፎቅ አዳራሽ ለዚሁ ተግባር በተዘጋጀ ሳጥን ውስጥ ማስታወቂያው በጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ዕለት አንስቶ በአስራ ስድስተኛው የሥራ ቀን የጨረታ መመሪያው) በሚያዘው መሠረት በዕለቱ የጨረታ ሰነዱን (Technical and Financial) ሁሉንም ሰነዶች በአንድ እናት ፖስታ በማሸግ ከጠዋቱ 2:30 እስከ 4፡00 ሰዓት ድረስ ባለው ጊዜ ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል:: ኦርጅናሉ ላይ አርጅናል ኮፒዎች ላይ ኮፒ በማለት መፃፍ ያለባቸው ሲሆን ይህን አለማድረግ ከውድድር ያሰርዛል፡፡
7. ጨረታው በዚሁ ዕለት ከጠዋቱ 4፡30 ሰዓት ላይ በኢቃቂ ቃሊቲ ክ/ከተማ 7 ፎቅ አዳራሽ ተጫራቾች ወይም ሕጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት የቴከኒካል ጨረታ ሰነድ ይከፈታል።
8. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና( bid bond) 40,000 (አርባ ሺ ብር) በባንክ ትዕዛዝ (CPO) ወይም በባንክ ዋስትና በአቃቂ ቃሊቲ ክ/ከተማ የመንግሥት ኮንስትራክሽን ጽ/ቤት ስም ማስያዝ አለባቸው፡፡ የሚያስይዙትም (CPO) ወይም የባንክ ዋስትና ከቴክኒካል ኦሪጂናል ዶክመንት ጋር አያይዘው ማቅረብ አለባቸው።
9 በአቃቂ ቃሊቲ ክ/ከተማ ሥራ ያላቸው የሥራ ተቋራጮች በከ/ከተማው ጨረታ ለመሳተፍ የያዙትን ሥራ70% በላይ ማድረሳቸውን መረጃ ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡
10. ተጫራቾች የሚቀጥሯቸውን ሠራተኞች በ (CoC) ተመዝነው ሰርተፊኬት ያላቸው መሆን እና ያልተመዘኑም ከሆነ በ(CoC) ለማስመዘን ዝግጁ እና ትብብር የሚያደርግ መሆን ይጠበቅበታል፡፡
11. መስሪያ ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
12. መስሪያ ቤቱ ምንም ዓይነት ስርዝ ድልዝ ሰነድ የማይቀበል መሆኑን እየገለጽን ስርዝ ድልዝ የተገኘበት ሰነድ ከጨረታው ውጪ የሚሆን መሆኑን እንገልጻለን፡፡
13 አንድ ኮንትራከተር መስሪያ ቤቱ ባወጣቸው ማንኛውም ጨረታዎች ላይ ከአንድ ሰነድ በላይ መውሰድ አይችልም፡፡
14 የጨረታውን መመሪያ አለማክበር እና ከላይ የተጠቀሱትን መስፈርቶች  አለማሟላት ከተወዳዳሪነት ያሰርዛል፡፡
15. አድራሻ፡- ከቃሊቲ መናኸሪያ ፊት ለፊት በሚገኘው አቃቂ ቃሊቲ

የአዲስ አበባ ከተማ መንገዶች ባለስልጣን በ2012 በጀት ዓመት አገልግሎት የሚውል አጠና፣ ጣውላ፣ ፕሌይውድ፣ ችፑድ እና ሞራሌ በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ መግዛት ይፈልጋል፡፡

በዚህም መሰረት፡-

1.ተጫራቾች በዘርፉ አግባብነት ያለው የታደሰ የንግድ ስራ ፈቃድ፣ የንግድ ምዝገባ ምስክር ወረቀት፣ ተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ ምዝገባ ሰርቲፊኬት፣ የግብር ከፋይ ሰርቲፊኬት እና ግብር የከፈሉበትን ታክስ ኪሊራንስ እንዲሁም በመንግስት ግዥና ንብረት አስተዳደር ኤጀንሲ ወይም በገንዘብ ሚኒስቴር የአቅራቢዎች ዝርዝር ውስጥ ለመመዝገባቸው ሰርቲፊኬት ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡

2.ተጫራቾች የጨረታውን ሠነድ የማይመለስ ብር 100.00 /አንድ መቶ/ በመክፈል ከባለስልጣኑ መ/ቤት የፋይናንስ አስተዳደር ዳይሬክቶሬት 1ኛ ፎቅ ቢሮ ቁጥር 135 መውሰድ ይችላሉ፡፡

3.ማንኛውንም ተጫራች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና በባንክ የተረጋገጠ የክፍያ ማዘዣ ወይም ከታወቀ ባንክ የቀረበ የባንክ ዋስትና ከመጫረቻ ሰነዳቸው ጋር ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ ከባንክ የሚቀርበው የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና ለ90 ቀናት ፀንቶ የሚቆይ መሆን አለበት፡፡

4.ተጫራቾች በሚወዳደሩበት የተለያዩ የአጣናዎች፣ ጣውላ፣ ፕሌይውድ፣ ችፑድ እና ሞራሌ ናሙና ከየአይነቱ አንድ አንድ ከጨረታው መክፈቻ እለት በፊት እስከ የካቲት 9 ቀን 2012 ዓ.ም 11፡00 ድረስ ብቻ መካኒሳ አካባቢ በሚገኘው የባለስልጣን መ/ቤቱ ዕቃ ግምጃ ቤት ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡

5.ማንኛውም ተጫራች የመጫረቻ ሰነዱን በሰም በታሸገ ኤንቨሎፕ በማድረግ እስከ የካቲት 10 ቀን 2012 ዓ.ም በባለሥልጣኑ መ/ቤት 1ኛ ፎቅ ዕቃ ግ/ቤት ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡

6.ጨረታው ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በሚገኙበት የካቲት 10 ቀን 2012 ዓ.ም በባለስልጣኑ ዋና መ/ቤት ይከፈታል፡፡ መስሪያ ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡

The project consist of renovation of the existing Wondogenet Resort Hotel and Construction of New additional Buildings.
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open International tendering Procedures contained in the public procurement proclamation of the Federal Government of Ethiopia. (SBD Works (ICB) – Prepared by the FPPA, August 2011) and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries.

CONSTRUCTION WORKS REGULATORY AUTORITY has allocated sufficient fund for the procurement of Supply of Construction Testing Equipment for the head office at Addis Ababa.

Invitation for the Procurement of supply of Construction Equipment
1. Our Authority invites all eligible Companies, who have enough experience in related Supply of Construction Testing Equipment and who are financially and technically capable to supply the necessary equipment to undertake the above Mentioned project.

6. Wax-Sealed envelopes containing an Original & Copies of the Financial & Technical documents shall be submitted to the CONSTRUCTION WORKS REGULATORY AUTORITY head office to procurement Section 4th floor which is located in front of Shoa bakery/in between Getu Commercial BLD & Olympia from the date of tender issued on the Ethiopian Herald newspaper up to the 21st consecutive day at 8:00pm local time.

7. The bid shall be closed on the 21st consecutive days at 8:00pm local time & be opened in the same 21st consecutive day at 8:30 pm local time. If the opening date is not a working day, it will be opened on the next working day at the previously stated time.

8. The Bid Security should be ETB. 50,000/Fifty Thousand / in the form of CPO only.
