⭕️شکایت دانشجویان چینی از اپل: پس شارژر کجاست؟
📌«شرکت اپل برای آیفون ۱۲ پرو مَکس یکی از دانشجویان شاکی یک شارژر دیواری بفرستد»
♦️گروهی از دانشجوی چینی از اپل به دلیل ارائه نکردن شارژر با آیفون شکایت کردهاند.
اپل در سال ۲۰۲۰ ارسال آداپتور برق همراه آیفونهای جدید را متوقف و ادعا کرد که انتشار کربن را کاهش میدهد.
با این حال به گفته «وایس» (Vice) و نشریه «شانگهای لا ژورنال» (Shanghai Law Journal)، گزارش شده است که دانشجویان پکن و شانگهای این نظریه را در دادگاه به چالش کشیده و گفتهاند که کابل «یواسبی-سی» (USB-C) به برق که همراه آیفون ۱۲ عرضه میشود، با دیگر شارژرهای موجود در بازار همخوانی ندارد و به همین دلیل دانشجویان، آن طور که تبلیغ شده بود، نتوانستهاند تلفنهای خود را شارژ کنند.
دانشجویان همچنین استدلال کردهاند که اپل در واقع از نگرانیهای زیست محیطی بهعنوان پوششی برای سوق دادن کاربران به استفاده از شارژرهای بیسیم «مَگ سِیف» (MagSafe) استفاده میکند.
آنها خواستار آنند که شرکت اپل برای آیفون ۱۲ پرو مَکس یکی از دانشجویان شاکی یک شارژر دیواری بفرستد، مبلغ ۱۰۰ یوان (۱۱.۳۹ پوند) برای تخطی از قرارداد بپردازد و هزینههای قانونی را هم بدهد.

The list above is indicative. All topics that lie within the overarching theme will be
considered, regardless of the field of law. Participants are welcome to come up with

• Strong computer skills (in particular Microsoft Office applications), proven experience
in the management and use of digital conferencing software (i.e. Zoom, MS Teams,
WebEx or similar) and the organization and conduct of digital events are strong
assets
• Languages: Excellent written and spoken professional proficiency in English is
required; a good knowledge of French (written and spoken) would be a strong asset;
the ability to work in German would be an advantage

❇️ روز قانون اساسی رومانی
✅ هشتم دسامبر 1991[17 آذر 1371] برابر است با روز قانون اساسی رومانی و سالروز برگزاری همه پرسی و تصویب قانون اساسی این کشور؛ پیشنویس قانون توسط کمیتهای از نمایندگان مجلس بهمراه حقوقدانان تهیه گردیده که پیرو انقلاب 1989، به ۴۲ سال حکومت کمونیستی رومانی پایان داد. انقلاب رومانی آخرین حذف یک دولت کمونیستی از پیمان ورشو و تنها مورد از آنها بود که دولت با خشونت سرنگون و رهبر آن، نیکلای چائوشسکو، اعدام شد که در مجموعه انقلابهای پیش از سقوط اتحاد جماهیر شوروی قرار می گیرد.
✅ پس از اعدام چائوشسکو و تشکیل کمیته تدوین قانون اساسی، پیشنویس جدید توسط نمایندگان مجلس و حقوقدانان عضو کمیته در مدت دو سال تهیه گردید؛ این کمیته در ۲۱ نوامبر ۱۹۹۱ به کار خود پایان داد. متن پیشنویس از طریق همه پرسی 17 آذر 1371 [هشتم دسامبر 1991] و رای مثبت بیش از 80% مردم اجرایی و تبدیل به قانون اساسی رومانی گردید.
