🔸«گی‌یر پدرسن» نماینده ویژه سازمان ملل در سوریه روز یک شنبه 17 اکتبر به وقت محلی در ژنو گفت که دو رئیس کمیته قانون اساسی سوریه به نمایندگی از دولت و گروه های مخالف با آغاز روند تدوین قانون اساسی جدید موافقت کردند. تیم شورای قانون اساسی سوریه طی هفته آینده رسما روند اصلاح قانون اساسی سوریه را آغاز خواهد کرد.
🔸تیم شورای قانون اساسی سوریه متشکل از 45 نماینده از دولت سوریه، گروه های مخالف و انجمن های مردمیست و وظیفه آن تهیه پیش نویس قانون اساسی جدید سوریه برای برگزاری انتخابات تحت نظارت سازمان ملل متحد است.

❇️ ممنوعیت ذبح شرعی، مطابق قانون اساسی است.

✅ پس از سال های متمادی، دیوان قانون اساسی پادشاهی بلژیک احکام مصوب مناطق فلاندر و والونیا را که ذبح شرعی حیوانات را ممنوع کرده بود را مورد دادرسی اساسی قرار داد و ضمن تایید ممنوعیت این نوع از ذبح حیوانات، احکام صادره در این دو منطقه را مبنی در ممنوعیت ذبح شرعی را تایید کرد و مطابق قانون اساسی اعلام کرد.

✅ دیوان قانون اساسی، بالاترین مرجع قضایی در پادشاهی بلژیک است که به طور متمرکز به دادرسی قضایی امور مربوط به قانون اساسی می پردازد. مقررات اتحادیه اروپا به دولت‌های عضو اجازه می دهد ذبح مذهبی بدون بی حسی پیشین حیوانات را ممنوع نمایند.

✅ پیشتر مجالس منطقه‌ای بلژیک در فلاندر و والونی، ممنوعیت ذبح مذهبی را به تصویب رسانده بودند که عده ای از یهودیان این ممنوعیت را "یهودستیزانه" توصیف کردند و مصوبات آن نیز مورد اعتراض گروهی دیگر از یهودیان واقع شده بود. گروه دوم با توجه به دستورات شرعی مبنی بر ذبح مذهبی{kosher}(کوشر) این مصوبات را مورد اعتراض جهت دادرسی اساسی و مطابقت آنها با قانون اساسی قرار داده بودند و در دیوان استدلال کرده بودند که براساس حق‌آزادی مذهب (آزادی دین) نوعی حقوق بشر است که در دیوان اروپایی حقوق بشر نیز معافیت هایی را بر اساس دلایل مذهبی جهت کشتار بدون بی حسی حیوانات را در کشتارگاه‌های مجاز، مطابق آزادی مذهب و مجاز می شمرد.

✅ دیوان در حکم خود اعلام کرد که آزادی اندیشه، وجدان و دین یکی از پایه های یک جامعه دمکراتیک است و در رای خود نیز تصدیق کرده است که ممنوعیت ذبح بدون بیهوشی محدودیت بر آزادی مذهبی یهودیان و مسلمانان ایجاد می کند، اما این مسئله "پاسخ به نیازی فوری و اجتماعی است و متناسب با هدف مشروعی است که در پی ارتقای سلامت حیوانات است". علاوه بر این"امکان بی حسی برگشت پذیر در هنگام تشریفات ذبح شرعی را نمی توان به عنوان تجویز نحوه انجام یک مراسم مذهبی تفسیر کرد."

♦️گروهی از دانشجوی چینی از اپل به دلیل ارائه نکردن شارژر با آیفون شکایت کرده‌اند.

اپل در سال ۲۰۲۰ ارسال آداپتور برق همراه آیفون‌های جدید را متوقف و ادعا کرد که انتشار کربن را کاهش می‌دهد.

با این حال به گفته «وایس» (Vice) و نشریه «شانگهای لا ژورنال» (Shanghai Law Journal)، گزارش شده است که دانشجویان پکن و شانگهای این نظریه را در دادگاه به چالش کشیده و گفته‌اند که کابل «یواس‌بی-سی» (USB-C) به برق که همراه آیفون ۱۲ عرضه می‌شود، با دیگر شارژرهای موجود در بازار همخوانی ندارد و به همین دلیل دانشجویان، آن طور که تبلیغ شده بود، نتوانسته‌اند تلفن‌های خود را شارژ کنند.
دانشجویان همچنین استدلال کرده‌اند که اپل در واقع از نگرانی‌های زیست محیطی به‌عنوان پوششی برای سوق دادن کاربران به استفاده از شارژرهای بی‌سیم «مَگ سِیف» (MagSafe) استفاده می‌کند.

آن‌ها خواستار آنند که شرکت اپل برای آیفون ۱۲ پرو مَکس یکی از دانشجویان شاکی یک شارژر دیواری بفرستد، مبلغ ۱۰۰ یوان (۱۱.۳۹ پوند) برای تخطی از قرارداد بپردازد و هزینه‌های قانونی را هم بدهد.

The Constitutional Court has stayed a government decree under which public administration employees would have to either be vaccinated or have recovered from the virus to come to work from 1 October. Senior government officials have already accused judges of being complicit in future COVID-19-related deaths.

Some examples of possible topics:- Environmental challenges (low-carbon technologies, circular economy,

transnational governance and governance reforms, international cooperation
and solidarity, alternative forms of regulation);

build societal resilience, diversity and inclusivity
The list above is indicative. All topics that lie within the overarching theme will be
considered, regardless of the field of law. Participants are welcome to come up with
topics outside the list of examples.

- The abstract should not exceed 400 words (including title) and should contain
the aim of the presentation, some main points and a brief conclusion;
