✅ دیوان قانون اساسی اوکراین مقررات مربوط به قانون زبان اوکراینی را که مورد شکایت 51 نماینده مجلس (از نمایندگان طرفدار روسیه) قرار گرفته بود را بررسی کرد، این نمایندگان، مقررات مربوط به زبان اوکراینی را علیه علیه اقلیت قومی روس در اوکراین می دانستند و از دیوان درخواست دادرسی اساسی و بررسی تطابق آنها با مفاد قانون اساسی را داده بودند که دیوان قانون اساسی این مقررات را مطابق قانون اساسی اعلام کرد.

Ltd به همراه مدیر عامل خود murtuza mustafa basrai، شکایتی در دادگاه منطقه ای ایالات متحده در منطقه کلمبیا نسبت به اعتراض به فرمان اجرایی 13846 مبنی بر مبارزه با تروریسم و عناصر برهم زننده امنیت اقتصادی و ملی ایالات متحده در اکتبر 2020، مطرح کرد. این شرکت و مدیرعاملش به دلیل مشارکت در خرید و فروش محصولات پتروشیمی ایرانی به لیست مجموعه شرکت های تحت تحریم اوفک اضافه شده بودند.
شاکیان چنین استدلال می‌کنند که این طبقه بندی و نام گذاری ها «غیرقانونی و خلاف اصول و قوانین اساسی» است و صدمات بسیاری به شهرت جهانی و توانایی مشارکت تجاری انان وارد نموده است.
