📎There are opportunities for established post-doctoral scholars and senior practitioners who work in one of the core research areas of the Robert Schuman Centre to spend some time with us, for example during sabbatical leave or drawing on their own grant funding. The Centre provides Visiting Fellows with a work space and research facilities but does not offer any financial contribution to visiting fellows. جهانی شدن حقوق و به زیر کشیدن لیبرال دمکراسی

1️⃣ قانون به عنوان یک رشته به سرعت در حال جهانی شدن است و بسیاری از وکلا، قضات و رهبران سیاسی درگیر یک فرآیند تطبیقی «اقتباس» هستند. اما این شکل جدید جهانی سازی حقوقی دارای جنبه های تاریکی است: زیرا اقتباس، فقط منبع الهام افرادی نیست که به دنبال تقویت و بهبود نهادها و سیاست های دمکراتیک هستند. این شکل از جهانی شدن و اقتباس اساسی به طور فزاینده ای الهام بخش و مشروعیت بخش برای کسانی است که به دنبال فرار از دمکراسی در خفا، تحت عنوان نوعی پوشش لیبرال دمکراتیک مصنوعی هستند.

2️⃣ کتاب اقتباس اساسی جهانی شدن حقوق و به زیر کشیدن لیبرال دمکراسی، این پدیده، چگونگی موفق شدن آن و آنچه را که می توانیم برای جلوگیری از نتایجش انجام دهیم را شرح می‌دهد.

3️⃣ این کتاب الگوهای فعلی بازسازی سنگرهای دمکراتیک را توضیح می‌دهد و به بررسی شیوه‌های مختلف استفاده ناصواب از اساسی گرایی می‌پردزاد؛ و انواع مختلف و فنآوری‌هایی که به مشروع سازی نقش ایدئولوژی که به حمایت از حالت‌ها استفاده ناصواب از اساسی گرایی شرح می‌دهد.

📌این آموزشگاه اعتقاد دارد ماسک، «چهره خدایی انسان» را پنهان می کند

♦️یک آموزشگاه کاتولیک در ایالت میشیگان (آمریکا) اعلام کرده است که مجبور کردن شاگردان به ماسک صورت زدن، تخطی از آزادی مذهبی است زیرا چهره‌ای را که پروردگار با ذهنیتش آفریده است، می‌پوشاند. (کاتولیک‌ها معتقدند که خداوند بشر را شبیه به خود خلق کرده است. این به معنی آن نیست که انسان در ظاهر شبیه پروردگار است بلکه به اعتقاد کاتولیک‌ها بشر همان خصوصیات ذهنی و اخلاقی خدا را دارد)

♦️در اکتبر سال گذشته، آموزشگاه رِزوُرِکشِن در شهر لانسینگ میشیگان و دو تن از والدین شاگردان علیه ایالت میشیگان اقامه دعوا کردند و گفتند این ایالت با اجباری کردن ماسک صورت از قانون اساسی، قوانین ایالتی و ایدئولوژی کاتولیک تخطی کرده است.

♦️در ماه ژوئن امسال، گرچن ویتمر، فرماندار میشیگان، کلیه مقررات مرتبط با کووید-۱۹ از جمله اجبار به ماسک زدن را لغو کرد اما ادعای شاکیان که کارشناسان حقوقی می‌گویند به اثبات صداقت آموزشگاه مذکور در «اعمال اعتقادات مذهبی‌اش» بستگی دارد، همچنان دردادگاه شنیده خواهد شد.

The Special Issue seeks to challenge and expand on prevailing legal conceptualisations of ‘violence’ (for example, as predominately physical and masculine or state-based), with a focus on innovative scholarship that develops concepts such as structural violence, speech as violence, spiritual violence, and technological violence, as well as that complicates the legal categorisation of related concepts such as abuse, harm, and exploitation.
