🔰 سلطان عمان، هیثم بن طارق، با صدور حکم حکومتی، برای نخستین بار در تاریخ سلطنت عمان، آیین انتصاب جانشین ریاست کشور را تعیین کرد. مطابق این فرمان، «اختیار قدرت از سلطان به بزرگترین پسرش، و سپس به بزرگترین پسر این پسر منتقل خواهد شد.»
✅ قانون اساسی #سلطنت_عمان مصوب 1996 است که پیشتر در 2011 بازنگری شده است. این قانون اساسی #بدون_مقدمه است و در اصل یکم تصریح می کند: «سلطان نشین عمان یک کشور عربی، اسلامی، مستقل با حاکمیت کامل و مسقط پایتخت آن است.» مطابق قانون اساسی در عمان، ریاست کشور را بر عهده سلطان قرار داده شده و در اصل پنجم تاکید گردیده که #سلطنت امری موروثی است. اصل دوم: «دین دولت اسلام است و شرع اسلامی اساس قانونگذاری است.»
❇️ رئیس کشور و عالیترین مقام رسمی کشور عمان با عنوان #سلطان، در حال حاضر هیثم بن طارق آل سعید نام دارد. وی پس از درگذشت پسرعمویش سلطان قابوس به این مقام رسیده است.

💢عذرخواهی نخستوزیر استرالیا: اتهام تجاوز در پارلمان را بررسی میکنیم
اسکات موریسون، نخستوزیر استرالیا از زنی عذرخواهی کرد که مدعی شده همکارش در پارلمان این کشور به وی تجاوز کرده است. آقای موریسون همچنین وعده داد که دربارهٔ رفتار حرفهای در فضای کاری دولت، بررسی جامعی صورت بگیرد.
آقای موریسون که خود دو دختر جوان دارد، همزمان با این سخنان گفت که همسرش از وی خواسته تا «بهعنوان پدر به این مسئله نگاه کند.» اما یک خبرنگار زن حاضر بلافاصله از وی پرسید: «اگر همسر و پدر نبودید چطور؟ آیا نباید به عنوان یک انسان بهاین موضوع نگاه میکردید؟» و خبرنگار زن دیگر نوشت: «استرالیا به نخستوزیر نیاز دارد نه به شمایل پدرانه.»

روز جمعه، ۱۲ فوریه (۲۴ بهمن) هوبروتوس هایل، وزیر کار آلمان به همراه پتر آلتمایر، وزیر اقتصاد و گرد مولر، وزیر توسعه این کشور توافق أحزاب تشکیلدهنده ائتلاف دولتی بر سر یک قانون جدید را اعلام کردند.
آنها امیدوارند که بر أساس این "توافق تاریخی" بسیاری از شاغلان در کشورهای تامین کننده مواد و قطعات و کالاهای مورد نیاز شرکتهای آلمانی از حقوق بیشتری برخوردار شوند، جلوی کار کودکان در کارگاهایی که برای آلمان تولید میکنند گرفته شود و حفاظت از محیط زیست بیش از پیش مورد توجه قرار گیرد.

تصویب لایحه الزام شرکتهای آلمانی به ایجاد شرایط انسانی در زنجیره تولید کالا
دولت آلمان لایحه ای را تصویب کرد که شرکتهای آلمانی را موظف میکند، مسئولیت ایجاد شرایط مناسب برای کارگران در زنجیره تولید محصولاتشان را بهعهده بگیرند. هدف، کاهش کار کودکان، شرایط بد کار و تخریب محیط زیست در خارج است.

چین با اصلاح «قانون پیشگیری از همه گیریهای حیوانات» خط دفاع از امنیت بهداشت عمومی ایجاد میکند
کمیته دائمی مجلس ملی نمایندگان خلق چین روز جمعه 3 بهمن در پکن با رای گیری پیشنویس اصلاح «قانون پیشگیری از همه گیریهای حیوانات» را به تصویب رساند که به باور افکار عمومی این قانون جدید که از 1 مه سال جاری به اجرا گذاشته خواهد شد، خط دفاع قانونی برای تقویت امنیت بهداشت عمومی ایجاد خواهد کرد.
آمار نشان میدهد، بیماریهای حیوانات ارتباط نزدیکی با بیماریهای عفونی انسان دارد. 70 درصد از بیماریهای حیوانی می تواند به انسان منتقل شود و 75 درصد از بیماریهای عفونی جدید انسان از حیوانات نشأت میگیرد. اصلاح «قانون پیشگیری از همه گیریهای حیوانات»، با تکمیل و بهسازی سازوکار پیشگیری و مهار همه گیری در مراحل مختلفی چون پرورش، تولید، تهیه و حمل و نقل، مبانی قانونی برای جلوگیری و مهار همه گیریهای حیوانات را فراهم میکند و همزمان، با افزودن موضوعات تشخیص و درمان، تصفیه، از بین بردن و حل و فصل بی ضرر محصولات حیوانات مریض و مرده، زنجیره نظارت بر همه گیریهای حیوانات را تکمیل میکند.

💢 اندونزی «حجاب اجباری» را در مدارس عمومی ممنوع کرد
دولت اندونزی با صدور قانونی اجبار دختران به گذاشتن حجاب را در کلیه مدارس عمومی این کشور ممنوع اعلام کرد.
دولت به مدارس ۳۰ روز برای اجرای قانون جدید مهلت داده است. این مدارس در صورتی که از پیروی از فرمان جدید سرپیچی کنند، با مجازات مواجه خواهند شد.
اندونزی، کشور ۲۷۰ میلیون نفری که ۹۰ درصد جمعیت آن را مسلمانان تشکیل میدهند، ادیان و مذاهب دیگر را به رسمیت میشناسد.
ندیم مکارم، وزیر آموزش اندونزی در این باره گفت دولت میتواند بودجه مدارسی را که از قانون جدید تخطی میکنند کاهش دهد.
وی افزود: «پوشش مذهبی یک انتخاب فردی است و مدارس نمیتوانند آن را اجباری کنند.»

💢«پرونده قرن»؛ دادگاه فرانسه دولت را به دلیل «بیعملی در مقابله با گرمایش زمین» مقصر شناخت
طی حکمی بی سابقه دادگاهی در پاریس دولت فرانسه را بدلیل «بی عملی در مقابله با تغییرات اقلیمی و گرم شدن زمین» مجرم شناخت.

شاخص شفافیت و مبارزه با فساد در خلیج فارس
موسسه شفافیت بین الملل Transparency International گزارش سالانه خود در مورد شاخص شفافیت و مبارزه با فساد درسال 2020 رامنتشر کرده است که شامل 180 کشور جهان میشود. این موسسه یک سازمان غیر دولتی است که درسال ۱۹۹۳ در برلین، آلمان تاسیس شد و اکنون در۱۰۰ کشور جهان نمایندگی دارد. هدف موسسه تلاش برای مبارزه با فساد و افزایش آگاهی در مورد فساد است. سنجش فساد به استفاده از شاخصهای نظیر فساد، اختلاس، رشوهگیری، خرید و فروش پستهای دولتی، رشوهپذیری دستگاه قضایی، فساد مالی در میان سیاستمداران یا عدم مقابله کافی در پیکار با مواد مخدر است. در این گزارش کشورها با توجه به میزان فساد و همچنین ارزیابی های تخصصی و نظرسنجی های مختلف رتبه بندی می شوند. نیوزلند شفاف ترین کشور جهان است، وکشورهای منطقه به شرح زیر:
امارات رتبه 1 منطقه، رتبه 21 جهان
قطر رتبه 2 منطقه، رتبه 30 جهان
عمان رتبه 3 منطقه، رتبه 49 جهان
عربستان رتبه 4 منطقه، رتبه 52 جهان
