Welcome to the Conscious Wholeness Telegram channel! On this channel we'll explore concepts from the course (mind/body/energy) and I'll encourage you to live your life from a place of deeply felt wholeness.
I've been attending a virtual meditation retreat with the Brahma Kumaris ( https://www.brahmakumaris.org/ ) every morning for the past 2 weeks and it has me relating to the energy of my soul in a deeper way. I've also been witnessing a lot about the relationship between my soul & my body.

Today I encourage you to meditate - even just for a few moments as you read this. Connect with your soul as a point of light in your third eye center. Become completely present with that point of light, and feel that light connected to a larger, universal source of light and oneness. Staying deeply connected to that point of light behind your eyes, let it grow, and pull that light throughout your whole body, into every nook & cranny. Notice how this is the energy of your soul, & notice how your soul uses your body to see & smell & taste & interact with the world. Notice how much fun that is. Become aware of the present moment while staying connected to this light of your soul. Notice how your soul can use your body to interact with the rest of the world. Let your soul drive your body as you move throughout the rest of your day πŸ’œπŸ’œ

Good morning Conscious Wholeness! I hope your week is off to a great start.
I've been elbows deep in writing Conscious Wholeness the book, which includes a lot of reading, re-reading, and research πŸ₯°

While reading Sonya Renee Taylor's "The Body Is Not An Apology", I learned/remembered that Acceptance (one of our core CW mindset strategies) is also taught as Buddhist practice. Here's a blog I'm reading through on the topic:

As I explore this vast pool of information, I'm reminded yet again that there's ALWAYS so much more to learn about these concepts, and new ways to open our mind about how they work in our lives. For now I'll leave you with these questions that stood out to me:

"When your mind, intuition, or moral sense rebels against a teaching (or if it just leaves you profoundly confused), trust yourself! But then, rather than rejecting or avoiding the teaching, open your mind back up and ask, 'What am I missing? What assumptions am I making? What else might this teaching be about?'"

These are such great questions for opening your mind to deeper Acceptance.

Hey there Conscious Wholeness enthusiasts!
I've had a few really exciting opportunities popping up recently, and a couple are requiring a lot of waiting while all the pieces come together. Earlier today I was starting to feel myself anxious and grasping at ways I could control the situation that would guarantee the outcome I want. My Conscious Wholeness inspired response has been to lean into Trust (one of our energetic strategies). For me that means trusting things are working out more perfectly than I could ever control into existence, and ultimately trusting in myself that I have what it takes to keep moving forward no matter what. Trust keeps me from wasting a bunch of energy on unnecessary worry/controlling/restrictive actions, and helps me readily identify & move on inspired steps forward.
