If your assignments marks or project marks are not updated for a long time, you can seek information under RTI (Right to Information) if you have assignment/project submission proof.
Steps to seek information under RTI:
Step-by-step process to file an RTI against IGNOU
Go to the official RTI Online portal: https://rtionline.gov.in/
Click “Submit Request”.
In “Select Ministry/Department/Apex Body”, search for Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU).
Select IGNOU from the list of Public Authorities.
Enter your personal/applicant details, including:
Name
Address
Email ID
Mobile number
Other details requested by the portal.
In “Text for RTI Request Application”, type your RTI questions.
Keep your questions specific and information-oriented. Ask for records, documents, dates, certified copies, status, rules, orders, etc.
