Statement by the Palestinian Communist Party
Condemnation of the Assassination Attempt against the Leadership of Hamas

The Palestinian Communist Party strongly condemns the treacherous Zionist aggression that targeted the leadership of Hamas at their residence in the Qatari capital, Doha. This act constitutes a blatant violation of the sovereignty of the State of Qatar, a breach of the principles and objectives of the United Nations Charter, and a grave assault on the security and stability of the entire region.

This aggression coincided with a failed assassination attempt targeting several Palestinian negotiators, a crime that clearly exposes the nature of the Zionist entity and its policy of obstructing any political effort aimed at halting the ongoing genocidal war against our people in the Gaza Strip. Such criminal behavior is nothing new; it is an extension of the long-standing policy of the Zionist entity of assassinating national, trade union, and political leaders in order to weaken the Palestinian national movement and subjugate it to its aggressive schemes.

This blatant act of aggression adds to the black record of the Zionist entity, which is rife with assassinations, assaults, and violations of international law. It is yet another proof that this entity recognizes nothing but the language of organized terror, expansion, and aggression.

The Palestinian Communist Party affirms that the silence of the international community and its failure to hold the Zionist entity accountable have emboldened it to persist in committing crimes against the peoples of the region, first and foremost against the steadfast Palestinian people. Accordingly, the Party calls upon the United Nations and all international institutions to assume their legal and moral responsibilities to protect the Palestinian people, their leaders, and their negotiators, and to seriously work towards holding this entity accountable before international courts for its ongoing crimes.

The Party also calls upon all national, progressive, and leftist forces, as well as the free people of the world, to intensify solidarity with the Palestinian people, confront Zionist aggression in all its forms, and thwart its liquidationist schemes targeting our national cause and our historic rights.

مداخلة الحزب الشيوعي الفلسطيني في المتؤتمر الاممي الذي عقد في بيروت لدعم الشعبين اللبناني والفلسطيني ضد العدوان الصهيوني وذلك بدعوة من الرفاق في الحزب الشيوعي اللبناني
الرفاق الأعزاء،
في البداية، نتوجه بالتحية الرفاقية الصادقة إلى الحزب الشيوعي اللبناني على تنظيم هذه الفعالية الوطنية التي تكرّس مفهوم المقاومة، وتعيد إلى ذاكرتنا اليوم المجيد، السادس عشر من أيلول عام 1982، يوم انطلاق جبهة المقاومة الوطنية اللبنانية. يومٌ دوّن فيه الشيوعيون اللبنانيون ومعهم القوى الوطنية الشريفة صفحة ناصعة من تاريخ الأمة، حين تقدموا الصفوف في قلب بيروت العاصمة، وأطلقوا الطلقة الأولى دفاعاً عن الوطن في مواجهة جيش الاحتلال الصهيوني. لقد جسّدوا آنذاك المعادلة الراسخة: احتلال = مقاومة، تحت ظلال السنديانة الحمراء، سنديانة الشهيد الخالد فرج الحلو ورفاقه. واستكمل الشعب اللبناني وقواه الحية هذا الطريق حتى كنس الاحتلال الفاشي عن تراب الوطن.
أيها الرفاق، إن ما تتعرض له منطقتنا من عدوان متواصل على يد الكيان الصهيوني، ما كان ليتم لولا التواطؤ الكامل والمشاركة المباشرة من قبل الإمبريالية الأمريكية وحلفائها الاستعماريين، أدعياء الحرية وحقوق الإنسان. هؤلاء يمارسون أبشع أشكال الفاشية ويطلقون العنان للكيان الصهيوني المصطنع ليشن عدوانه المتواصل على فلسطين ولبنان واليمن وسوريا وإيران وقطر وغيرها، تحت ذرائع كاذبة وأكاذيب مدروسة هدفها ابتزاز الدول ونهب ثروات الشعوب.
لقد خطّ شعبنا الفلسطيني بدمائه، منذ النكبة وحتى اليوم، ملحمة الصمود والمقاومة، مؤكداً ارتباطه المتجذر بأرضه وحقه الوطني الراسخ. من دير ياسين وقبية والطنطورة إلى مجزرة صبرا وشاتيلا التي نحيي ذكراها اليوم، أثبت الفلسطيني أن قضيته لا تُصفى بالمجازر ولا بالمؤامرات. وقد توّج شعبنا مسيرة نضاله بملحمة طوفان الأقصى التي أعادت القضية الفلسطينية إلى واجهة الصراع العالمي، وفضحت الكيان الصهيوني ككيان عنصري إحلالي خارج على القانون الدولي، يستند إلى أساطير توراتية كاذبة ويستمد بقاؤه من الدعم الإمبريالي المطلق.
إن ما يرتكبه الاحتلال في قطاع غزة والضفة الغربية من إبادة جماعية وقتل وتجويع وحصار وتدمير ممنهج، يكشف عن سادية هذا الكيان أمام أنظار العالم بأسره. ورغم هول الجرائم وبشاعة المجازر، يؤكد شعبنا أنه لن ينكسر ولن يركع، وأن الحرية تُنتزع بالتضحيات مهما غلا الثمن، لأن تراب الوطن أثمن من كل شيء.
ومن هذا المنبر المقاوم، نوجّه التحية والاعتزاز إلى كل شعوب العالم وقواها التقدمية المتضامنة مع قضيتنا، ونخص بالتحية المقاومة اللبنانية الباسلة التي وقفت وما زالت تقف سنداً لشعبنا وقدمت خيرة أبنائها في معركة المصير الواحد. كما نحيّي اليمن العزيز، حارس باب المندب، الذي يثبت حضوره المقاوم في مواجهة العدوان والإمبريالية.
أيها الرفاق، إن اللحظة التاريخية التي نعيشها تفرض علينا جميعاً التقدّم بخطوة حاسمة نحو تشكيل جبهة عالمية موحّدة لمقاومة الإمبريالية والصهيونية والفاشية والرجعية، دفاعاً عن حرية الشعوب وحقها في تقرير مصيرها، ولإعادة الاعتبار للقيم الأممية الثورية التي تجمعنا.
عاش نضال الشعوب من أجل الحرية والاستقلال،
عاش التضامن الأممي،
المجد للشهداء،
والنصر حتماً للشعوب المناضلة.

Comrades, sisters and brothers, free people of the world,

We stand today while our Palestinian people are living through one of the greatest epics in the history of the struggle against colonialism and imperialism Gaza is burning, yet from its ashes rises a people that knows no defeat, that refuses humiliation, and that will never accept slavery.

Since October 7, 2023, and until today, more than 63,000 Palestinian martyrs have fallen under the bombs half of them women and children.
More than 145,000 have been wounded, many without medicine or treatment, and hundreds perish every week from hunger, as Gaza has become the largest open-air prison suffering the worst famine of the 21st century.

Hospitals have been destroyed: over 350 health facilities are out of service, and more than 500 schools have been leveled to the ground. Even places of refuge have not been spared from airstrikes, as happened in Nasser Hospital in Deir al-Balah, where 20 Palestinians were killed, including journalists and medics.

These are not mere numbers they are faces, names, and dreams. Every martyred child is a testimony of indictment. Every grieving mother is proof of the brutality of imperialism and Zionism.

Comrades,

What is happening is not a conflict between two equal sides it is a colonial imperialist aggression.
Zionism is nothing but a tool of world imperialism, the spearhead of American domination in our Arab region.
As Vladimir Lenin said: “Imperialism is the highest stage of capitalism, where it transforms into a world system of oppression and plunder of peoples.” What we witness today in Palestine is a literal embodiment of this oppression.

But our people have not, and will not, bow down. Resistance is not only a right, it is an existential necessity.
Lenin said it clearly: “A people that does not resist oppression deserves to be treated as slaves.” And our people prove every day that they are anything but slaves they resist with blood and steel, with stones and books, even while hungry and besieged.

Free people,

We in the Palestinian Communist Youth Union affirm that the liberation of Palestine cannot be separated from social liberation.
It is not enough to expel the occupier if we remain prisoners of dependent capitalism and comprador classes.
The Palestinian cause is also a battle against the clientelist classes who tie their fate to that of colonialism.
That is why our project is clear: a free, democratic, secular Palestine from the river to the sea, Palestine for all its sons and daughters; Palestine of resistance, Palestine of socialism.

Comrades,

From this platform we send our call to all revolutionary and communist forces across the world:
Palestine is not merely a humanitarian issue it is part of the international struggle for liberation against imperialism.
Whoever stands with Palestine stands with all oppressed peoples, and whoever abandons Palestine abandons their revolutionary soul.

Lenin said: “No nation can be free if it oppresses another nation.” We add: the world itself cannot know freedom if Palestine remains captive under colonialism.

Free people of the world,

No compromise on Palestinian blood.
No compromise on our right to resist by all means.
No compromise on our free and independent state, stretching from the river to the sea.

مداخلة اتحاد الشبيبة الشيوعية الفلسطينية في الفعالية التضامنية التي أقامها اتحاد الشبيبة الشيوعية اليونانية في ذكرى تاسيسهم ال٥١ في اثينا اليونان.

اتحاد الشبيبة الشيوعية الفلسطينية

أيها الرفيقات والرفاق، أيها الأحرار في هذا العالم،

نقف اليوم وشعبنا الفلسطيني يعيش واحدة من أعظم الملاحم في تاريخ الصراع ضد الاستعمار والإمبريالية. غزة تحترق، لكن من رمادها ينهض شعب لا يعرف الهزيمة، ولا يرضى بالذل، ولا يقبل أن يكون عبدًا.

منذ السابع من أكتوبر 2023 وحتى اليوم، أكثر من 63 ألف شهيد فلسطيني ارتقوا تحت القصف، نصفهم من النساء والأطفال. أكثر من 145 ألف جريح، كثير منهم بلا دواء ولا علاج، ومئاتٌ يرحلون كل أسبوع جوعًا بعدما تحوّلت غزة إلى أكبر سجن مفتوح يشهد أسوأ أزمة جوع في القرن الحادي والعشرين.
لقد دُمّرت المستشفيات، أكثر من 350 مرفقًا صحيًا خرج عن الخدمة، وأكثر من 500 مدرسة سُويت بالأرض. حتى أماكن اللجوء لم تسلم من قصف الطائرات، كما حدث في مستشفى ناصر بدير البلح حين استشهد 20 فلسطينيًا بينهم صحفيون ومسعفون.

هذه ليست أرقامًا مجردة، بل هي وجوه وأسماء وأحلام. كل طفل شهيد هو دليل إدانة، كل أم ثكلى هي شهادة على وحشية الإمبريالية والصهيونية.

أيها الرفاق،

ما يجري ليس نزاعًا بين طرفين متكافئين، بل عدوان استعماري إمبريالي.
الصهيونية ليست سوى أداة من أدوات الإمبريالية العالمية، رأس حربة أميركية في منطقتنا العربية. وكما قال فلاديمير لينين: "الإمبريالية هي أعلى مراحل الرأسمالية، حيث تتحول إلى نظام عالمي للاضطهاد ونهب الشعوب." وما نشهده اليوم في فلسطين هو تجسيد حرفي لهذا الاضطهاد.

لكن شعبنا لم ولن يركع. فالمقاومة ليست مجرد حق، بل ضرورة وجودية. ولينين قالها بوضوح: "الشعب الذي لا يقاوم الاضطهاد يستحق أن يُعامل كعبد." وشعبنا يبرهن كل يوم أنه أبعد ما يكون عن العبودية، يقاوم بالدم والحديد، يقاوم بالحجر والكتاب، يقاوم حتى وهو جائع ومحاصر.

أيها الأحرار،

نحن في اتحاد الشبيبة الشيوعية الفلسطينية نؤكد أن تحرر فلسطين لا ينفصل عن التحرر الاجتماعي. لا يكفي أن نطرد الاحتلال إن بقينا أسرى للرأسمالية التابعة والكمبرادور. فالقضية الفلسطينية هي أيضًا معركة ضد الطبقات العميلة التي تربط مصيرها بمصير الاستعمار.
ولذلك فإن مشروعنا واضح: فلسطين الحرة الديمقراطية العلمانية من النهر إلى البحر، فلسطين لكل أبنائها، فلسطين المقاومة، فلسطين الاشتراكية.

أيها الرفاق،

من هنا، من هذا المنبر، نوجه نداءنا إلى كل القوى الثورية والشيوعية في العالم:
فلسطين ليست قضية إنسانية فحسب، إنها جزء من معركة التحرر الأممية ضد الإمبريالية. من يقف مع فلسطين يقف مع كل الشعوب المقهورة، ومن يتخلى عن فلسطين إنما يتخلى عن روحه الثورية.

لينين قال: "لا يمكن لأمة أن تتحرر إذا كانت تضطهد أمة أخرى." ونحن نضيف: لا يمكن للعالم أن يعرف الحرية إذا ظلت فلسطين أسيرة الاستعمار.

أيها الأحرار في العالم،

لا مساومة على الدم الفلسطيني.
لا مساومة على حقنا في المقاومة بكل أشكالها.
لا مساومة على دولتنا الحرة المستقلة، الممتدة من النهر إلى البحر.

المجد للشهداء الحرية للأسرى النصر لشعبنا البطل
عاشت فلسطين حرة حمراء ثائرة!

شارك وفدٌ من الحزب الشيوعي الفلسطيني واتحاد الشبيبة الشيوعية الفلسطينية، إلى جانب الرفاق من اتحاد الشبيبة الشيوعية السورية (شبيبة بكداش)، في زيارةٍ إلى ضريح القائد الرفيق عمار خالد بكداش في العاصمة اليونانية أثينا، حيث قاموا بوضع أكاليل من الورد وفاءً لمسيرته النضالية وتضحياته من أجل قضية الطبقة العاملة والشعوب المضطهدة.

بيان صاد عن الحزب الشيوعي الفلسطيني " خطة ترمب لوقف إطلاق النار في غزة: إعلان إبادة منظّم وليس سلاماً"
يا جماهير شعبنا المناضل،
ما يُسوّق باسم "خطة ترمب لوقف إطلاق النار" ليس حلّاً ولا مبادرة سلام، بل مشروعٌ إمبريالي يهدف إلى تصفية القضية الفلسطينية وشرعنة المذابح ضد شعبنا في غزة والضفة والقدس. محاولات ترويج هذه الخطة كـ"تسوية" ما هي إلا إعلان إبادة منظّم يراد منه إخضاع شعبنا وتثبيت الاحتلال بغطاء دبلوماسي واقتصادي.
الشعب الفلسطيني الذي يقاوم منذ عقود سياسات الاقتلاع والتطهير والتهجير لن يقبل أن يُستبعد عن أي قرار يخصُّ مصيره، ولن يسمح أن تتحول معاناته إلى صفقات بين مجرمي حرب مثل ترامب ونتنياهو ومن يدعمهم من قوى رجعية.
تؤكد التحليلات الماركسية اللينينية أن الإمبريالية ليست مصدراً للسلام بل محطات للنهب والحروب والإبادة. والمشهد في فلسطين اليوم يجسد هذه الحقيقة: احتلال توسعي مدعوم أميركياً وأوروبياً، وتحالفات مع أنظمة عربية رجعية تُظهر خضوعاً مفضوحاً للمصالح الإمبريالية والصهيونية، كل ذلك بهدف طمس هوية فلسطين وشرعنة اغتصاب الأرض والإنسان.
وعليه، يؤكد الحزب الشيوعي الفلسطيني:
1- لا سلام مع الاحتلال: لا يمكن القبول بأي خطة تتجاهل الحق التاريخي للشعب الفلسطيني في اقامة دولته الحرة كاملة السيادة على كامل التراب الوطني دولة ديمقراطية علمانية ولكافة ابنائها وعاصمتها القدس.
2- حق المقاومة: مقاومة الاحتلال واجبة ومشروعة بكل أشكالها أمام آلة القمع، ومحاولات تجريم المقاومة لا تغير من واقع الظلم.
3- رفض التهجير والإبادة: نرفض أي مخطط لتهجير الفلسطينيين أو لتكريس مشروع إبادة، ونطالب بضمان العودة للمهجّرين وفق القانون والقرارات الدولية.
4- إطلاق سراح الأسرى: الحرية الفورية لجميع الأسرى الفلسطينين في سجون الاحتلال.
5-محاسبة مرتكبي الجرائم: تقديم قادة الكيان الصهيوني وداعمِيهم للمساءلة الدولية على جرائم الحرب والإبادة والدمار.

6-تصعيد المقاطعة: ندعو القوى التقدمية والأحزاب العمالية والمنظمات الشعبية عالمياً لتكثيف حملات المقاطعة والعزل السياسي والاقتصادي تجاه الكيان الصهيوني وحلفائه.
7- تشكيل جبهة وطنية عريضة وإعادة هيكلة منظمة التحرير: ندعو فوراً إلى بناء جبهة وطنية واسعة تشمل كل القوى الفلسطينية الوطنية والتقدمية والمستقلة؛ جبهة تقود المقاومة الشعبية والوطنية، تُنهِي الانقسام البغيض، وتعمل على إعادة هيكلة منظمة التحرير لتكون مؤسسة تمثيلية وطنية حقيقية على أسس وطنية وثورية، تلتزم بخطّ نضالي موحَّد لمواجهة الاحتلال واستعادة الحقوق غير القابلة للتصرف للشعب الفلسطيني. نقترح دعوة عاجلة لمؤتمر وطني جامع يضم ممثلين عن القوى السياسية، القوى الشعبية، لجان المقاومة الشعبية، النقابات، ومنظمات المجتمع المدني لوضع برنامج توحيدي واضح للمواجهة والسياسة الوطنية.
يا أبناء شعبنا،
الهدف من هذه "الخطط" هو إسكات صوت فلسطين وطمس قضيتنا الوطنية والاجتماعية. نكرر: فلسطين ليست للبيع ولا موضع مساومة، ودماء شهدائنا لن تُبدّل بمخططات تهدف إلى طمس هويتنا.
نقول بصوت واحد: سنواصل النضال حتى التحرير، وإقامة دولة ديمقراطية علمانية، دولة العدالة الاجتماعية والمساواة لكل المواطنين، بلا احتلال ولا استغلال.

وفد اتحاد الشبيبة الشيوعية الفلسطينية يشارك في مهرجان الشبيبة الشيوعية اليونانية الـ51

شارك وفد اتحاد الشبيبة الشيوعية الفلسطينية في أعمال المهرجان الـ51 للشبيبة الشيوعية اليونانية الذي أقيم في العاصمة أثينا، بمشاركة واسعة من المنظمات الشيوعية واليسارية من مختلف بلدان العالم.

وخلال المهرجان، عقد الوفد الفلسطيني العديد من اللقاءات الثنائية مع المنظمات المشاركة، جرى خلالها التأكيد على أواصر النضال الأممي المشترك في مواجهة الإمبريالية والصهيونية والرأسمالية.

كما شارك الوفد في فعاليات التضامن مع الشعب الفلسطيني التي نظمها الحزب الشيوعي اليوناني ضمن المهرجان، مؤكدًا على مواصلة النضال حتى التحرير والعودة.

واختتم الوفد مشاركته بالمشاركة في المظاهرة الأممية أمام السفارة البولندية في أثينا، احتجاجًا على القانون القمعي الذي يحظر الحزب الشيوعي البولندي، مؤكدًا تضامنه مع رفاق النضال في بولندا ضد سياسات التجريم والملاحقة.

"وفاء للمبدأ وثبات على الطريق الثوري"
في الذكرى الرابعة والثلاثين لإعادة تأسيس الحزب الشيوعي الفلسطيني، نتوجه بتحية النضال والوفاء إلى رفاقنا الأوائل الذين أعادوا إشعال جذوة الحزب في لحظة تاريخية معقدة من تاريخ شعبنا وقضيتنا الوطنية، مؤكدين أن حزبنا سيبقى وفياً لرسالة الطبقة العاملة الفلسطينية وللقضية الوطنية التحررية حتى تحقيق أهدافها في الحرية والاستقلال والاشتراكية.
لقد أثبتت العقود الماضية أن التمسك بالماركسية اللينينية كأداة تحليل ومنهج عمل ثوري هو السبيل الأوضح لفهم التناقضات الطبقية والوطنية، ولتقديم الإجابات العلمية على كل الإشكاليات السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية التي تواجه شعبنا في ظل الاحتلال والاستغلال الطبقي والتبعية فالماركسية اللينينية ليست تراثاً جامداً، بل منهجاً حياً ومتجدداً يقود نضال الشعوب نحو التحرر والعدالة والمساواة
وفي هذه المناسبة المجيدة، يجدد الحزب الشيوعي الفلسطيني تأكيده على أن حق شعبنا في الحرية والاستقلال وإقامة دولته الوطنية المستقلة على كامل ترابه الوطني، وعاصمتها القدس، هو حق غير قابل للتصرف ولا يسقط بالتقادم كما يؤكد الحزب أن طريق التحرر لا يمر عبر أوهام التسويات أو التبعية السياسية والاقتصادية، بل عبر المقاومة بكافة أشكالها، والوحدة الوطنية على أساس برنامج وطني كفاحي يعيد الاعتبار للمشروع الوطني التحرري.
إن ما يجري اليوم في قطاع غزة والضفة الغربية يؤكد وحدة العدوان ووحدة المعاناة التي يعيشها شعبنا تحت نير الاحتلال الصهيوني فبينما يواصل الكيان الصهيوني حصاره وتجويعه لغزة رغم مرور 22 يوماً على إعلان وقف إطلاق النار، ويستمر في خرق الاتفاقيات بشكل يومي ما أدى إلى استشهاد أكثر من 250 فلسطينياً وإصابة المئات، في الوقت ذاته تتصاعد اعتداءات المستوطنين الفاشيين في الضفة الغربية، التي تستهدف المزارعين وأراضيهم وأشجارهم ومواشيهم في محاولة يائسة لاقتلاعهم من أرضهم وإرغامهم على الرحيل.
هذه السياسة المزدوجة التجويع في غزة والعنف الاستيطاني في الضفة ليست سوى أدوات متكاملة في مشروع استعماري واحد يهدف إلى تفريغ الأرض من سكانها الاصلين، وإحكام السيطرة على كل مقومات الحياة الفلسطينية إن وحدة الهجمة الصهيونية تستدعي وحدة الرد الشعبي والمقاومة الوطنية، وتعزيز صمود الجماهير في كل مواقع المواجهة من رفح إلى جنين، باعتبار أن المعركة واحدة، والمصير واحد، والعدو واحد.

وفي هذا السياق، يتوجه الحزب الشيوعي الفلسطيني بأسمى آيات الفخر والوفاء إلى شهدائه الأبطال في قطاع غزة، الذين ارتقوا في معركة الصمود خلال العدوان الأخير، ومنهم من ما زال مفقوداً تحت أنقاض البيوت المدمّرة نتيجة القصف الوحشي والمتواصل لقد قدّم رفاق الحزب، إلى جانب جماهير شعبنا، أغلى ما يملكون في سبيل الوطن والحرية والكرامة الإنسانية، ليؤكدوا أن الشيوعيين الفلسطينيين كانوا وما زالوا في طليعة النضال الوطني والطبقي، مؤمنين بأن الدماء التي رُويت بها أرض فلسطين هي بذور الحرية القادمة
إن الحزب الشيوعي الفلسطيني يؤكد أن التحرر الوطني لا ينفصل عن التحرر الاجتماعي، وأن مواجهة الاحتلال لا يمكن أن تنجح دون مواجهة أدوات القهر الطبقي والفساد والتبعية، ودون بناء حركة شعبية ثورية تقودها الطبقة العاملة والفلاحون والكادحون، ترتكز على العدالة والمساواة والاشتراكية كأفق للتحرر الكامل.
وفي هذه الذكرى الخالدة، يتوجه الحزب بتحية الوفاء إلى شهداء شعبنا الأبرار، وأسرانا الصامدين، وجرحانا المناضلين، ويؤكد عزمه على مواصلة النضال في صفوف الطبقة العاملة والكادحين، ومن أجل بناء مجتمع خالٍ من استغلال الانسان لأخيه الانسان، تسوده العدالة الاجتماعية وتتحقق فيه الحرية والكرامة الوطنية.
ويدعو الحزب جماهير شعبنا وقواه التقدمية إلى التمسك بخيار النضال الطبقي والاجتماعي المتكامل مع النضال الوطني التحرري، في مواجهة الاحتلال والإمبريالية والرجعية، وإلى تعزيز التضامن الأممي مع الشعوب المكافحة من أجل الحرية والعدالة.
إن حزبنا، وهو يستذكر هذه المحطة النضالية المشرقة، يؤكد عزمه على مواصلة النضال في صفوف الطبقة العاملة والكادحين، وفي ميادين الفكر والسياسة والمقاومة، من أجل بناء مجتمع ديمقراطي تقدمي، يسوده العدل والمساواة، خالٍ من الاستغلال والاضطهاد.

Statement issued by the Palestinian Communist Party on the occasion of the thirty-fourth anniversary of its re-establishment
"Loyalty to the principle and steadfastness on the revolutionary path"

On the thirty-fourth anniversary of the re-establishment of the Palestinian Communist Party, we extend a salute of struggle and loyalty to our pioneering comrades who rekindled the flame of the Party at a complex historical moment in the history of our people and our national cause, affirming that our Party will remain faithful to the mission of the Palestinian working class and to the national liberation cause until its goals of freedom, independence, and socialism are achieved.

The past decades have proven that adherence to Marxism-Leninism as a tool of analysis and a revolutionary method of action is the clearest path to understanding class and national contradictions and to providing scientific answers to all political, economic, and social issues faced by our people under occupation, class exploitation, and dependency. Marxism-Leninism is not a static legacy but a living and renewing method that guides the struggle of peoples toward liberation, justice, and equality.

On this glorious occasion, the Palestinian Communist Party reaffirms that our people’s right to freedom, independence, and the establishment of their independent national state on all their national soil, with Jerusalem as its capital, is an inalienable right that does not expire. The Party also affirms that the path to liberation does not pass through the illusions of settlements or political and economic dependency, but through resistance in all its forms and through national unity based on a militant national program that restores the true essence of the national liberation project.

What is happening today in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank confirms the unity of aggression and the unity of suffering endured by our people under Zionist occupation. While the Zionist entity continues its siege and starvation of Gaza despite 22 days having passed since the announcement of the ceasefire, and continues to violate agreements daily resulting in the martyrdom of more than 250 Palestinians and the injury of hundreds at the same time, fascist settlers’ attacks are escalating in the West Bank, targeting farmers, their lands, trees, and livestock in a desperate attempt to uproot them from their land and force them to leave.

This dual policy starvation in Gaza and settler violence in the West Bank is nothing but two complementary tools of one colonial project that seeks to empty the land of its indigenous inhabitants and to tighten control over all aspects of Palestinian life. The unity of the Zionist offensive requires the unity of popular response and national resistance, and the strengthening of the steadfastness of the masses in every frontline from Rafah to Jenin considering that the battle is one, the destiny is one, and the enemy is one.

In this context, the Palestinian Communist Party extends the highest tributes of pride and loyalty to its heroic martyrs in the Gaza Strip, who rose in the battle of steadfastness during the recent aggression among them those still missing under the rubble of destroyed homes as a result of the ongoing and brutal bombardment. The comrades of the Party, alongside the masses of our people, have offered what is most precious for the sake of the homeland, freedom, and human dignity, affirming that Palestinian communists have always been and remain at the forefront of the national and class struggle, believing that the blood that has watered the soil of Palestine is the seed of coming freedom.

The Palestinian Communist Party affirms that national liberation cannot be separated from social liberation, and that confronting the occupation cannot succeed without confronting the tools of class oppression, corruption, and dependency, and without building a revolutionary popular movement led by the working class, peasants, and toilers a movement founded upon justice, equality, and socialism as the horizon of complete

liberation.

On this immortal anniversary, the Party extends a salute of loyalty to the righteous martyrs of our people, to our steadfast prisoners, and to our struggling wounded, reaffirming its determination to continue the struggle within the ranks of the working class and the toilers, for the building of a society free from the exploitation of man by man, a society governed by social justice where freedom and national dignity are achieved.

The Party calls upon the masses of our people and the progressive forces to uphold the path of class and social struggle integrated with the national liberation struggle, in confronting occupation, imperialism, and reaction, and to strengthen internationalist solidarity with peoples fighting for freedom and justice.

Our Party, as it recalls this shining militant milestone, reaffirms its determination to continue the struggle within the ranks of the working class and toilers, and in the arenas of thought, politics, and resistance, for the building of a democratic, progressive society governed by justice and equality, free from exploitation and oppression.

بيان صادر عن الحزب الشيوعي الفلسطيني حول قرار مجلس الأمن الأخير بشأن غزة.

يرفض الحزب الشيوعي الفلسطيني رفضًا قاطعًا القرار الأخير الصادر عن مجلس الأمن بشأن قطاع غزة، والذي جاء نتيجة مبادرة أميركية منحازة بالكامل لمصالح الاحتلال الصهيوني وشريكة في العدوان المستمر على شعبنا.

إن هذا القرار يتجاوز الإرادة الوطنية الفلسطينية، ويشكّل محاولة مكشوفة لفرض وقائع جديدة تتقاطع مع المشروع الصهيوني في تقويض حقوق شعبنا وتصفية قضيته العادلة.
إن القرار المطروح لا يمثّل خطوة نحو أي سلام حقيقي، بل يسعى إلى فرض وصاية دولية مرفوضة على قطاع غزة، وإعادة إنتاج محاولات عزل القطاع وفصله عن الضفة الغربية والقدس، بما يخدم المخطط الهادف إلى تمزيق وحدة فلسطين الجغرافية والسياسية.

إن هذا التوجه يعكس مجددًا طبيعة الدور الأميركي الداعم لسياسات الاحتلال، ومحاولاته المستمرة لإعادة صياغة الصراع وفق شروط العدو.
ويؤكد الحزب الشيوعي الفلسطيني أنّ أي وجود دولي أو قوة عسكرية تُفرض على قطاع غزة دون موافقة واضحة من شعبنا وقواه المقاومة، هو شكل جديد من أشكال الاحتلال، وسيواجه بالأسلوب ذاته الذي يواجه به الاحتلال الصهيوني. إن شعبنا لن يقبل أي محاولة لانتقاص قراره الوطني أو تدويل إدارة أرضه ومصيره.

كما يجدد الحزب موقفه الثابت بأن المقاومة الفلسطينية، وبكافة أشكالها، هي حق مشروع لشعب يقع تحت الاحتلال، ويستند هذا الحق إلى المبادئ التاريخية والمواثيق الدولية التي تكفل للشعوب مقاومة الاستعمار بكافة أشكاله. إن مستقبل السلاح وقرار توجيهه هو شأن فلسطيني خالص، يحدده مسار التحرير وإرادة القوى الشعبية المقاومة، وليس أداة تفاوض بيد القوى الدولية أو الإقليمية.

وفي الوقت الذي يُسجَّل فيه تراجع مخزٍ في الموقف العربي الرسمي، ونبرة مترددة لدى بعض الأطراف الدولية التي امتنعت عن اتخاذ موقف واضح ضد هذا القرار الجائر، فإنّ الحزب يحذّر من أي محاولة للالتفاف على ما التزمت به قوى المقاومة أو استغلال الوضع الإنساني لفرض حلول تنتقص من حقوق شعبنا الوطنية.

ويؤكد الحزب الشيوعي الفلسطيني أنّ المدّ الشعبي العالمي المتصاعد تضامنًا مع قضية فلسطين يجب أن يُستثمر في تعزيز الرواية الفلسطينية وترسيخ عزل الكيان الصهيوني على المستوى الدولي، وعلى الدول الضامنة للاتفاقات المتعلقة بوقف إطلاق النار أن تتحمل مسؤولياتها في إلزام الاحتلال بوقف عدوانه فورًا، والانسحاب الكامل من قطاع غزة، وفتح المعابر دون قيد لإدخال المساعدات الإنسانية.

وفي الختام، يدعو الحزب الاحزاب الشيوعية والعمالية وأحرار العالم، وجماهير الشعوب الحية، إلى تصعيد التضامن والنضال ضد الإمبريالية والصهيونية، دعمًا لكفاح شعبنا الفلسطيني الذي أثبت أن إرادة التحرر لا يمكن أن تُهزم، وأن المقاومة ستبقى ما بقي الاحتلال.

The Palestinian Communist Party firmly and unequivocally rejects the latest Security Council resolution concerning the Gaza Strip, a resolution that emerged from a U.S. initiative entirely biased toward the interests of the Zionist occupation and complicit in the ongoing aggression against our people.

This resolution bypasses the Palestinian national will and represents a blatant attempt to impose new realities aligned with the Zionist project aimed at undermining our people’s rights and liquidating their just cause.

The proposed resolution does not constitute any step toward genuine peace; rather, it seeks to impose an unacceptable form of international trusteeship over the Gaza Strip and reproduce attempts to isolate the Strip and separate it from the West Bank and Jerusalem
serving the broader plan to fragment the geographical and political unity of Palestine.

This approach once again reflects the true nature of the American role in supporting the occupation’s policies and its ongoing attempts to reshape the conflict according to the enemy’s terms.

The Palestinian Communist Party affirms that any international presence or military force imposed on the Gaza Strip without clear approval from our people and their resistance forces constitutes a new form of occupation and will be confronted the same way the Zionist occupation is confronted. Our people will not accept any attempt to diminish their national decision-making or to internationalize the administration of their land and destiny.

The Party reiterates its steadfast position that Palestinian resistance, in all its forms, is a legitimate right of a people under occupation a right rooted in historical principles and international conventions that guarantee the peoples’ struggle against colonialism in all its forms.

The future of arms and the decision of how they are used is an exclusively Palestinian matter, determined by the course of liberation and the will of the popular resistance forces not a bargaining chip for international or regional powers.

At a time when we witness a disgraceful decline in the official Arab stance, and a hesitant tone from some international actors who refrained from taking a clear position against this unjust resolution, the Party warns against any attempt to circumvent the commitments of the resistance forces or exploit the humanitarian situation to impose solutions that undermine our people’s national rights.

The Palestinian Communist Party affirms that the growing global popular movement in solidarity with the Palestinian cause must be harnessed to strengthen the Palestinian narrative and reinforce the international isolation of the Zionist entity.

The states guaranteeing agreements related to a ceasefire must assume their responsibilities by compelling the occupation to halt its aggression immediately, withdraw completely from the Gaza Strip, and open the crossings without restriction to allow the entry of humanitarian aid.

In conclusion, the Party calls upon communist and workers’ parties, the free peoples of the world, and the masses of living nations to escalate solidarity and struggle against imperialism and Zionism, in support of the Palestinian people’s fight who have proven that the will for liberation cannot be defeated, and that resistance will continue as long as occupation persists.
