حَتَّىٰ إِذَا ضَاقَتْ عَلَيْهِمُ الْأَرْضُ بِمَا رَحُبَتْ وَضَاقَتْ عَلَيْهِمْ أَنْفُسُهُمْ وَظَنُّوا أَنْ لَا مَلْجَأَ مِنَ اللَّهِ إِلَّا إِلَيْهِ ثُمَّ تَابَ عَلَيْهِمْ لِيَتُوبُوا ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ هُوَ التَّوَّابُ الرَّحِيمُ

اللّهُـمَّ إِنِّـي أَصْبَـحْتُ أُشْـهِدُك، وَأُشْـهِدُ حَمَلَـةَ عَـرْشِـك، وَمَلَائِكَتَكَ، وَجَمـيعَ خَلْـقِك، أَنَّـكَ أَنْـتَ اللهُ لا إلهَ إلاّ أَنْـتَ وَحْـدَكَ لا شَريكَ لَـك، وَأَنَّ ُ مُحَمّـداً عَبْـدُكَ وَرَسـولُـك.

“Sometimes we reach a point that we need to see who cares about us. We always give, we always make effort, and we always take the first step. But sometimes we stop doing that, we lose our energy, and at some point, we will find ourselves alone.

Everything you eat aside from honey, milk and salt, was once alive. Doesn’t matter if you are carnivore, omnivore or vegetarian, you're essentially mass murdering to survive.
