This feeling sucks. It’s not feeling sad about a particular thing. It’s just everything. You’re watching tv but then suddenly you feel this something inside you, something that makes you wanna burst into tears. You’re sitting with your friends and laughing but all of a sudden you don’t want to anymore, you just wanna stop. You want everything around you to stop. You breathe fast and you don’t know why you can’t control it. You’re walking down the street and all of a sudden you just wanna fall on to the ground because you don’t have the energy to take another step. You’re talking to someone but then the dark thoughts creep into your mind and you feel this uneasiness, this feeling like you don’t want to exist anymore. It sucks. It doesn’t go away. It just never goes away. It stays. It follows you just like a shadow and it haunts you until you are dead.
