How to activate an account?

To register for the service, you need to go to the main page of Combo.Cards and enter the following information:

- work email
- password
- first and last name
- contact information (such as Telegram username)

After registering, you will receive an email with a confirmation and instructions for verification of your account. It takes up to 1-2 working days to verify your account.

How to get a 3DS/OTP code?

All of our virtual cards support 3DS, and you can obtain your 3DS/OTP codes through your personal Telegram bot. Follow these steps to set it up:

1. Go to your Combo Cards account and navigate to Settings -> Telegram account token -> Generate. Then, copy the address from the pop-up window.
2. Click the Bot button, press "Start", and paste the address you copied from your account.
3. You're all set up!

In the Settings, you can also enable other notifications. This way, you can get notified about approved and declined transactions or receive messages about the minimum amount of account balance. #HowTo

Why are my cards locked?

Users can block or freeze their virtual card on demand. However, the system also provides a mechanism for automatic freezing. This occurs when the account balance does not have enough funds:

— To keep cards active, the account balance in the currency must be above 0. If your balance card has a negative balance, please contact our support team*

— If the balance of a specific card has become negative and it has been locked, it is necessary to top up its balance separately.

— For a limited type of card, it is necessary to have at least 100 currency units on the account balance.

— If the limit card has been locked, it is necessary to replenish the account balance.

It takes 3 minutes to reactivate a card. After that, you can continue using it.

To avoid freezing and possible declines, we recommend enabling notifications in your Telegram bot about critical balance levels. Currently, we send notifications to your email if the balance decreases or if the card is already frozen. #HowTo

How to work as a team?

Once your account is activated, you will be automatically assigned the role of Business Owner. Combo Cards has a role system that enables you to invite teammates and give them access to features and information according to the roles you assign.

The list of roles available:

— Business owner: can do everything, for example, replenish the balance, add cards, make transactions, invite and manage users and their balances, see statistics, etc.

— Team Lead: has the same rights as a Business Owner but only within an assigned group.

— Finance manager: can replenish the balance, view all the issued cards and statistics, but can’t manage users’ accounts.

— Media Buyer: can only make transactions with the assigned card and view personal statistics related to it.
