To connect the bot you need to go to the settings:
Settings -> Telegram account token -> Generate -> copy the address in the window that appears -> Bot

Dear users,
Today we will open the limit type for HK Visa Credit Platinum cards, so they will be linked to user’s account balance. If you want to transfer existing balance cards to this type, please contact support with the list of numbers of such cards. Soon we will also open limit type for US Visa Credit.
We had to change the principle of operations with limit cards. Now limit cards will have Per transaction limit i, which depends on the available balance of the user's funds on the card currency account in a ratio of 1 to 4. This metric will be displayed on the Dashboard tab.
For example, if the USD account balance is 100 USD, then the limit per transaction will be 25 USD. If the balance balance changes, the limit will be recalculated in the appropriate proportion. If the amount of expense exceeds this ratio, the transaction will be failed. The reason for the decline will be displayed as “Transaction amount limit".
Balance cards will not be affected by this update.
To reduce the risk of rejected transactions (Failed status), we recommend you to connect our telegram bot. You will receive notifications about unsuccessful transactions and have time to top up your balance. What commission fees do you charge?
Combo.Cards charges several types of commissions:
— A commission of 3% for depositing funds in USDT or via AdСombo.
— 1% commission additionally for depositing USDT from exchange wallet (Binance, Huobi, Capitalist, etc.).
— A commission of 1% + 1 USD/EUR for withdrawals from virtual cards to the account balance.
— A commission of $0.5 per declined payment. In the future, your commission will be reduced depending on your decline rate. The fewer declines you have, the more cashback you will receive.

Why are my cards locked?
Users can block or freeze their virtual card on demand. However, the system also provides a mechanism for automatic freezing. This occurs when the account balance does not have enough funds:
— To keep cards active, the account balance in the currency must be above 0. If your balance card has a negative balance, please contact our support team*
— If the balance of a specific card has become negative and it has been locked, it is necessary to top up its balance separately.
— For a limited type of card, it is necessary to have at least 100 currency units on the account balance.
— If the limit card has been locked, it is necessary to replenish the account balance.
It takes 3 minutes to reactivate a card. After that, you can continue using it.
