If anyone facing low volume issue in my Port Roms, then just download "my_region.img" from OTA Pulse- Partion extractor as same your base version which mentioned in post, just flash it in fastbootd mode.Cmd:
fastboot flash my_region .....(.img path)

What the module does: It safely disables ged_boost_enable and ged_smart_boost.
This stops the phone from needlessly wasting power on the home screen and in basic apps.
Note: This does not handicap your gaming. When a heavy game actually demands power, the processor will still give you 100% maximum performance. It simply stops the phone from trying to give 100% power to an app like WhatsApp or your Settings menu.
Summary of the Results:
Scrolling & Idling: Your phone stays physically cooler in your hand during normal, everyday use.
Battery: You lose less battery percentage when the screen is off or when doing light tasks (like watching YouTube).
Gaming: Your games will actually run better over long periods because the phone starts off much cooler, meaning it takes much longer to hit the "thermal throttle" limit where games start lagging.
