As you may have seen in our recent emails and social media posts, we are currently updating our entire system to provide all of our Coins and Coins Pro users with a more efficient app experience. Some mobile wallets have already been upgraded with the newest features. If you are encountering some issues, rest assured your funds are NOT affected.

You can expect the full technical roll out to be completed for all wallets registered under our platform by the end of June 2023.

Here are a few reminders on some of the key changes you can look out for:

Changes to Your Crypto Deposit Address
All of your crypto deposit addresses will change to enable wallet improvements. You are encouraged to use your new wallet addresses on the app for deposits going forward. Kindly delete any previously saved wallet addresses to avoid delays.

For the duration of our app upgrade, our customer support team will be ready to assist you with the recovery of assets in case you mistakenly deposit crypto to your old crypto wallet address.

Coins.ph and Coins Pro Balances Combined
You'll no longer need to transfer between Coins.ph and Coins Pro to begin trading. If you have actively used Coins Pro in the past, any remaining balance on Coins Pro will reflect in your total Coins.ph balance after the upgrade.
