F*** your mood. Follow the plan.

This simple phrase by Leila Hormozi, but so much it means for our lives.

Too often, we let how we feel in the moment dictate what we do. Agree? πŸ‘

For example:
- β€œI don’t feel motivated today.”
- β€œI’ll do it later when I’m in a better mindset.”
- β€œI’m just not in the mood.”
Can ruin our day, week, month…

But life doesn’t care about our mood.
Consistency does.

When I started ignoring how I felt and focused on sticking to the plan, things shifted.

Progress came faster.
Goals became clearer.

And honestly? I learned that discipline beats motivation every time.

Your feelings might fluctuate, but the plan doesn’t.

Here is a picture of my home office ❀️ Hope you like it ☺️

βœ… So answer one question: what’s one thing you can commit to today, regardless of how you feel?

Why shouldn’t we avoid difficulties?

At first glance, it seems paradoxical:

The more difficulties you avoid, the harder life becomes.

@coddingforweb #lifetips

Let’s take a few examples:

πŸ‹β€β™‚οΈ Working out is tough,
but if you don’t keep your body in shape, it will degenerate over time.

πŸ“š Studying is hard,
but if you don’t study, you won’t achieve your goals.

And so on. By choosing the easy path, life ultimately becomes more difficult. By choosing the difficult path, it becomes easier.
