Think of it like water:
* If it flows easily → high liquidity.
* If it’s thick or stuck → low liquidity.

Liquidity usually comes from exchanges or liquidity pools:
High Liquidity:
* You can buy or sell a token quickly.
* Prices remain stable.
* Example: Bitcoin or Ethereum on a major exchange.
Low Liquidity:
* Buying or selling can cause huge price swings.
* Example: A new, small-cap memecoin.
Why Liquidity Matters
