They even went ahead and opened a P2p telegram group telegram group with my name and picture as the owner .

How They operate.
1) One of them would advertised Usdt or any other coins available for sale
2) If you indicated an interest to buy , one of them that pretends to me ( that's the person impersonating ) would show up as an admin for the escrow services.
3) He would asked to pay to a said account number
4) Immediately you done making the payment, you will be kicked out of the group
5) Meaning that you have been scammed.
6) Remember that they even opened an Opay account with my name to make it to look real .
My Advice To You .
1) If you found yourself in any group, you're not aware of , exit and report the group.
So go now to the group , exit and report it
2) Get the details of the account number for onward forward to the security agencies for proper tracking of the culprits
