• Created a Raydium pool with only $500 liquidity to fake a ~$1 price
• Compromised admin key listed the token as valid collateral
• Withdrawal protections disabled in ONE transaction
Then chaos:
→ $785M fake collateral deposited
→ Vaults drained in 31 transactions
→ Entire protocol emptied in 12 minutes
Nobody noticed for almost an hour.
The attacker even came back later… and took more.

A 2/5 multisig.
0-second timelock.
No delay. No buffer. No second chance.
Funds already bridged. Swapped. Sent to exchanges.
