As a trader, one of the things that has helped me improve in my analysis and trading skill is 'STUDYING' surprised right? Smiles.
I study a lot about the financial market, I study about government economics and their effect, I study a lot about previous price actions/cycle.
Let me share this important data I studied about the market because it's very necessary for you as a trader and investor on both positioning and profit taking. Take a breath and read through, please read it.
During the last bull market cycle in 2020/2021, from Nov. 2020 to Jan. 2021, BTC moved from $13,600 to $40,500, giving a 198.34% increase In price within this timeframe. After that, we had a correction which made the price of BTC drop by -30% within Jan 2021. (As seen in the image attached)
After we had the correction, BTC price had +121% increase within Jan - Mid April 2021 taking its price to $64,850+. Then we another another correction that made it dropped by 55% within April to July. After this, BTC went 134% up again with July - Nov 2021 which was the highest level it got to ($69k) then the bear market began unannounced. (Check all these data in the trading view images attached.)
I would want to implement the precious cycle to this cycle inorder to take some proactive measures.
Within Nov 1 2024 - Early Jan 2025 (Trump inauguration with period), a 198% increase in the price of BTC will take BTC price to $200k level (check the last screenshot). After which (a sell after inauguration), which will make us experience a correction in price leading to -20% to -30% drop in the price of BTC. Then the next ride within January ending to mid April, BTC price will have another massive increase taking the price to above $350k and possible $400k level. Correction again, another move up, then the bull market will be over within October/November 2025.
This is a study implemented into the future and basically what I expect in the market, I respect to do, I plan to take out some profit towards the end of December 2024 and first week of January 2025, then watch the market (possibly invest a little more during Jan correction) then plan to take another profit last week or first week of April, take my final profit October 2025. I wouldn't fail to update myself with macroeconomic, sentiments and other important financial market factors including the USA government approaches.
