Think of ScholarXIV as ChatGPT, you don't have to be into research. You can use it for your everyday questions.
The difference is that we don't have this label on because we don't rely on pretrained information to give you answers. We force the models to always read research and use tools before they talk to you.
So you're reading less of their trained data, and more of the synthesis from the latest research and web searches.

guys, today i was at the Science Museum for STRIDE 2.0, and honestly, it was a great experience. 😭
there were lots of interesting programs, discussions. plus, the lunch was good too 😂
one of the highlights was hearing from some of Ethiopia’s big names, including Innovation Minister Dr. Belete Molla and Education Minister Professor Birhanu Nega. government officials and people working in the tech ecosystem.
and guys, Bire is a nice guy btw 😂 he’s actually so funny and chill, i like him. but jokes aside, he also had a really good talk!
there was also a panel discussion about AI, blockchain, space, and other emerging technologies. it was interesting to hear different perspectives on where technology is heading and what it could mean for Ethiopia.
we also talked about Ethiopia’s digital transformation and, especially, startups and innovation.
and honestly, it got me thinking...
Ethiopia has so many problems that need real solutions, and some of those solutions could come from us.
if you’ve been sitting on an idea, thinking about building an app, starting a tech company, or creating something that solves a real problem, maybe it’s time to stop overthinking and start working on it.
you don’t need to have everything figured out from day one. start small, learn, build, fail, and keep going.
the next big Ethiopian startup could start with an idea that someone is sitting on right now.
so guys, what are we waiting for? 👀
and this summit wil be continued to oct 1
