Why continue constructing bank buildings when we can do everything through our phones? Instead of building thousands of schools who don't have a single student passing entrance exam, let's create a system, be it an app or a website, that fosters a cheerful and free digital environment for students to connect, ask questions, chat, upload their pic, attend tutorials. I also have doubts about teachers... its better to invest 10K ETB to buy a phone for each student and let them learn on their convenience ...
