People are forgetting 702 FISA was renewed and EXPANDED back in 2024 under the previous administration. What does that actually mean???

NSA and FBI have the legal right to search EVERY device you have logged in under that connects to the internet at ALL TIMES. While anyone paying attention and actually cares about due process has issue with this usurpation the fact remains it is where we legally are right now.

Not only are they in your phone, your iPad, your notebook, your PC they are also in your wearables since they all connect to the internet. They are in your car since it connects to internet through the satellite link. You think the car so what? It is recording every conversation you have inside it. It is recording your exact geolocation in real time whenever you turn on the key. Flock cams are tracking independently where you are traveling at same time.

That WiFi router in your house? Not only is FBI/NSA recording what traffic you run across it they also are now using as radar to track where you are precisely inside your “kill box”. If you think you are “getting away with it” now you aren’t getting away with squat. Parallel construction to prosecute you is no longer required - FBI can use your internet behavior DIRECTLY.

Folks say “oh FISA only apply to foreign nationals”, nope. Welcome to the internet where you have no idea where that ip address is that you are talking to. Unknowingly you may be talking to a foreign National in the midst of a FISA warrant and now you get pulled in too. Also welcome to the 2004 IRTPA - Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act. You start talking to an unknown ip address that was designated a terrorist organization by the President and now you are dragged into a terrorism investigation. This is why people need to pay attention to who the President designates terrorists. Once an org is designated guess who gets the green light to tap in? Yep CYBERCOM and Spec Ops. Why does Rules of Engagement matter??? Designations of civilians, enemy combatants and UNPRIVILEGED BELLIGERENTS. Whats that?

3.5. The law of war also distinguishes between “privileged” / “lawful” and “unprivileged” /
“unlawful” combatants. The latter are persons who, by engaging in hostilities, have incurred one or more of the corresponding liabilities of combatant status (e.g., being made the object of attack and subject to detention), but who are not entitled to any of the distinct privileges of combatant status (e.g., combatant immunity and prisoner of war (POW) status). (DoD LoWM § 4.3). Unprivileged belligerents generally are subject to the liabilities of both combatant and civilian status, and include:

persons engaging in spying, sabotage, and similar acts behind enemy lines (DoD LoWM § 4.17); and

private persons engaging in hostilities (DoD LoWM § 4.18).
