It became a giant loophole for TARIFF Cheats — and a Pipeline exploited by Fentanyl Traffickers, Counterfeiters, and other Criminals shipping dangerous and illegal products into America. The numbers were staggering. In 2024 alone, de minimis cost America an estimated 10.8 BILLION DOLLRS in foregone TARIFF Revenue, and an astonishing share of narcotics and counterfeit seizures came through the de minimis channel. Joe, that's an interesting way to describe holding people accountable when their statements don't match the record.

I don't owe silence to somebody because they're on “our side.” I don't grade truth on a partisan curve. If someone lies, misrepresents the record, takes credit for work they didn't do, erases the people who did it, or makes claims they cannot substantiate, I will challenge them.
Including you.
You don't get to publicly tell people that I didn't do the work and then characterize my response as “crapping on everyone else.” That's not an answer to what I said. That's an attack on my personality because you apparently don't want to address the substance.

And here's the part you really need to understand: I don't need you to think I'm “fine.” Your personal assessment of me has absolutely nothing to do with whether your statements are true.

You made factual assertions about my work.
I have contemporaneous records.

So forget whether you like me. Forget whether I'm sufficiently polite for you. Forget the movement, the personalities, the platforms and the popularity contest.
Dispute the evidence.
Because calling me nasty or accusing me of “crapping on everyone” doesn't change a single date, email, document or contemporaneous record.
