It's funny how we all sleep differently. I sleep on my side, my brother sleeps on his back. My ex sleeps with everybody. That sort of thing.

Motivational Quote:
Stop saying β€œI wish” and start saying β€œI will”

Me:
I will I wasn’t broke!

After robbing a bank,
The robber to the clerk:
"Did you see me robbing?"
Clerk: "Yes"
Then the robber shot him dead and asked the next clerk

"Did you?"
Second robber replied: "No but my wife did!"
Let’s kill this β€œsummer = αŠαˆ¨αˆα‰΅β€ stuff once and for all.

Westerns call summer their α‰ αŒ‹. As we know, when it is α‰ αŒ‹ for them, it will be αŠαˆ¨αˆα‰΅ for us.

If we take the conceptual translation, the word summer indicates a season characterized by sunny and warm weather, so we can call it α‰ αŒ‹.

The other view, which is used by many individuals in Ethiopia, translates summer as αŠαˆ¨αˆα‰΅, even though it doesn’t actually mean αŠαˆ¨αˆα‰΅. This happens because it is αŠαˆ¨αˆα‰΅ here when the weather is summer for Westerns. In some sense, we and the Western world have opposite seasonal weather patterns.

So which one is preferred?
I prefer the conceptual translation:
summer β†’ α‰ αŒ‹

What do you think on this?
