i feel like feminism became this thing that focuses on genders more than ideas. i dont know much about the term and it's history but i'm definetly aware of how sociaty gets to precieve it

here is my ttake, we should never focus on a gender for being the problem, instead we should focus on the underlying issuee that is actually the source of pain, THE ATTRIBUTE THAT MAKES THAT GENDER SHITTY.

or in general the attribute that makes humans shitty.

and in my oppinion it's selfishness, has nothing to do with gender but everything to do with every prroblem that this world has tbh.

every act and every system that stems from the idea of selfishness is the root of all this evil.

so i say whatever gender you are, just check on your intentions on why you do what you do.

ofcourse it always has an aspect of selfishness (just human natuure), gn it should never be the root cause of why you do what you do.

so again, if i am ever going to have any conversation on this topic, it should always be about the attributes not the gender.

because the attribute(the WHY) is the cause of the issue not the gender (The WHO).

even if we ever wanted to focus on a solution, accusing a sole gender for being the cause of the problem means, getting rid of that ggender is the only situation, OR taking full control of that gender is the solution, which is far from how reality works.

so if you ever find yourself having a conversation about this, focus on the WHY not WHO.

also, never argue for the sake of arguingg.

the whole point of a conversation is to teach/learn from the people we are having a conversation with.

if you have something to say, always raise your point and be ready to be corrected if necessary

or else it's just an emotionally backed back and forth conversation that ends with nothing other than disagreements.

What I learned about self-educating in business & entrepreneurship:

Books can give you the foundation, but real mastery comes from entering the arena and learning by doing.

Core Pillars of Entrepreneurship:
-Entrepreneurial Mindset: Developing an unconventional, proactive mentality. This involves moving from an employee mindset to that of a business owner and investor.

-Accounting & Business Math: Understanding the 'language of business.' Key skills include reading financial statements, data analysis, and using probability for capital allocation.

-Corporate Finance: Learning how to manage resources, evaluate Total Addressable Market (TAM), unit economics, and managing exit strategies or acquisitions.

-Efficiency & Product-Market Fit: Focusing on solving real problems through a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and avoiding the 'Field of Dreams' fallacy—building something nobody wants.

-Sales & Networking: Emphasizing that businesses survive on sales. The founder must often act as the 'chief of business development' and build genuine professional relationships.

-Leadership, Management, & Grit: Transitioning from a sole operator to a leader as the business scales, while maintaining the persistence to survive make-or-break moments.

Key Takeaway:
You can learn frameworks and strategies from books, but you only discover what you're capable of when you actually build, sell, fail, adapt, and keep going.

I have a question for my niqabi sisters: I want to know what motivated you to wear it in the first place? What are the challenges of being a niqabi? Do you still face assaults from unethical men even with the niqab? What is your perspective? Is there any day…
I think this SMA is the most valuable thing i have ever done since i opened this channel...me and other sisters are really motivated, and it made our(the non nikabi) heart on ease regarding nikab, so yall have to support us with the best of your duas and by making the world more suitable and welcoming for niqab.

Episode 4 is finally here! 🎙️🔥

I sat down with Birhan Nega, a software developer with over 10 years of experience, entrepreneur, company founder and content creator.

We talked about his journey in tech, building a company in Ethiopia, working with international teams, discipline, remote opportunities, AI and what genuinely separates an experienced engineer from someone who only knows how to write code.

The nostalgic feeling is knowing that if I take a picture or record a video today, save it, and revisit it 20 years from now, I can see this exact moment of my life again.

And today is good. I'm free, happy, healthy, energetic. I have food on my table and a roof over my head. I have my family beside me, my friends, this community, and so many opportunities.

But 20 years from now, so many of these things will have changed. Some will fade. I may lose friends. Some of my family members may no longer be here. I may not be as healthy or energetic. A lot will be different.

Even if I become better financially, mentally, spiritually, and physically, that doesn't change the fact that I, and everything around me, are constantly changing and slowly moving toward nonexistence.

So please, let's live the moment.
Let's be good. Let's be kind. Let's love the world. Let's appreciate what we have while we have it. Let's be positive.

Because one day, today's ordinary moments might be the memories we would give anything to experience again.
