So we have finished the Kitab lecture; it was good, alhamdulillah. I personally need this kind of soul-purifying program, so please invite me every time you have one.

1. There's a general number of hour that is required to be an elite performer in any field. That is to put 10,000hr in forging the skill that you wanna be elite about it and that is dedicating 4hr/day for 10yrs or dedicating 8hr / day for 5yrs ... so block a time of 4hrs for your day non negotiatable

2. Create a chain of logs or streaks that will keep your momentum going in away it becomes psychologically harder to drop the thing that you're doing [Example by putting X on the calendar while we do that we want]

3. Have one thing that by doing it everything else will be unnecessary or unimportant
