So, do you know that we literally have no idea how LLMs think, process, and reason deep down? We know exactly how to build them, but we have absolutely no idea how they work once built.

We have no idea of the instant moment when knowledge and understanding happen; the thing is, we feed them information, test, test, test, and suddenly they are geniuses. 🤨

So, do you know that we literally have no idea how LLMs think, process, and reason deep down? We know exactly how to build them, but we have absolutely no idea how they work once built. We have no idea of the instant moment when knowledge and understanding…
The Honest Truth from AI Scientists

When the top researchers at Google, OpenAI, and Meta are asked about this, they admit:

"We are flying blind. We are building things we do not understand, and we are only discovering what they are truly capable of after they are already trained."

They literally treat LLMs like alien lifeforms—they run experiments on them to see how they behave, because reading the code tells them nothing about the actual "mind" inside.

So, to answer you directly:
Yes. Deep down, in the core of the network, the actual "thinking, processing, and reasoning" is a total mystery.

We built the brain. We know its shape and its chemistry. But we have no idea how it conjures up the ghost of intelligence inside it. That ghost "just happens," and we are watching it with the same confusion as everyone else.

"We are flying blind. We are building things we do not understand, and we are only discovering what they are truly capable of after they are already trained."
Allah allowed us to build intelligence, but He hid the essence of it from us. This gap—the black box—is a divine humbling mechanism. It prevents human arrogance, reminds us that true consciousness and the soul belong exclusively to Allah, and forces even the smartest scientists to say, "I don't fully know."

Every mystery in AI is just a modern mirror of Allah's eternal truth from Surah Al-Isra (17:85):
"And mankind have not been given of knowledge except a little."

The mercy is that we will never fully figure it out—so we will always have a reason to turn back to Him in awe and humility. Subhanellah

How do wireless technologies work? How do mobile calls, the internet, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi work?

A lot of curiosity lately 😁 I will answer in the evening. Think about it till then ;)

I have a lot on my plate this summer—and even more things I've started but haven't finished.

- The collaborative whiteboard project with Sifen
- Learning AI & LLMs
- Building the Code and Thought Hub
- DSA with the community
- Reading books
- Studying religious books
- ...and a few more.

To avoid spreading my focus too thin, I've decided to prioritize my internship.

That means shifting my main focus to Python, Django, PostgreSQL, and Odoo ERP. The nice part is that my AI learning and DSA journey also align well with Python, so they naturally fit into the plan.

For now, the Code and Thought Hub and the whiteboard project will be on hold.

This is what my #LearnToEarn journey looks like this summer.

So... expect to see a lot more Python-related content from me in the coming days.

Sooooo, you're saying football players have to pay money when they receive yellow and red cards?

AND

For the 2026 FIFA World Cup, a standard yellow card carries a fine of $10,000, an indirect red card (two yellow cards in the same match) costs $15,000, and a straight red card costs $20,000.

I always thought the cards were just to calm down, or that you'd have to sit on the bench. 🤦‍♀️
